Radio Disney General Sweepstakes Rules
These Sweepstakes Rules apply generally to all Sweepstakes on this Radio Disney station.
However, certain Sweepstakes on Radio Disney may have rules written specifically for a
particular game, which may differ. In case of conflict with these general rules, rules written
specifically for a game will govern.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Some
restrictions may apply.
PRIZES:
Prizes will be announced on-air, on-line, on-site or as appropriate.
Radio Disney is not responsible for winner's inability to claim or use the prize in accordance
with the Sweepstakes guidelines.
Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Prizes may not be substituted or redeemed for
cash by winner. However, Radio Disney reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of
equal or greater value.
Radio Disney is not responsible for the postponement or cancellation of an event associated with
the prize, and will not substitute the prize should this occurrence so arise.
Radio Disney may require verification of eligibility and identity before releasing prizes.
HOW TO PLAY: Conditions & Limitations:
Mail In Sweepstakes: All entries must include name, address, age, birth date, and phone number
to be eligible. Entries should be mailed to Radio Disney 500 S. Buena Vista Street, Burbank, CA
91505. Sponsors are not responsible for mail that is lost, stolen, late, illegible, incomplete,
damaged, mutilated, misdirected, altered, tampered with, or postage-due.
Phone-In Sweepstakes: All entries must include name, age, phone number, and if requested
address to be eligible. When applicable, to enter by phone call 1-877-870-5678. Only calls to the
specified phone number can win. Sponsors are not responsible for inability of caller to complete
call within specified time, whether due to busy lines, disconnections, telephone malfunctions or
other circumstances.
Sweepstakes are open to all legal California residents age 16 years and younger as of entry date.
Winners are only eligible to enter after 90 days of winning a prize for prizes valued at $599 and
below; and six months for prizes valued at $600 and above.
Odds of winning depend on number of valid entries received.
Employees of Radio Disney, ABC Inc., ABC Radio Network, The Walt Disney Company, their
parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies, their advertising agencies, the Sweepstakes co-
sponsors and promotional partners, and the immediate families of anyone so employed are not
eligible to enter.
Limit one prize/winner per family/household per Sweepstakes.
All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
Decisions by Radio Disney judges on all aspects of this Sweepstakes will be final and binding.
Winners will be notified by phone, mail or in person. If a winner cannot be located or fails to
claim prize within five (5) days after notification, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an
alternate winner.
Sponsors assume no responsibility for late, lost, stolen, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or
illegible entries. If entering by phone, sponsors assume no responsibility for busy, misdialed,
disconnected, inaudible calls or hang-ups.
All entries become the property of Radio Disney and will not be returned.
By entering the Sweepstakes, winner consents, without limitation or additional compensation, to
the use of their name, voice, photograph, likeness and/or entry for advertising and/or trade
purposes, except where prohibited by law.
By participating, each winner releases, discharges, indemnifies, and holds harmless Radio
Disney, The Walt Disney Company, their parent, subsidiary, successor, and affiliated companies,
and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives, advertising
agencies and Sweepstakes co-sponsors and promotional partners (collectively the "Releasees")
from any and all liability, loss, harm, injury, damage, cost and expense whatsoever arising
directly or indirectly from the use of the prize or participation in the Sweepstakes.
All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of individual winner and/or parent or
legal guardian. Winner and/or parent or legal guardian may be required to sign an W9 Form, IRS
form 1099 or the equivalent for all prizes valued at $600 or greater, or for any prize as to which
this Radio Disney station, in its sole discretion, believes is warranted. Winner and/or parent or
legal guardian will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, and Release indemnification
and liability/publicity release within five (5) days of notification. In the event of noncompliance
within this time period, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Upon
forfeiture, no compensation will be given.
Parent and legal guardian must sign any and all releases on behalf of the minor.
Unforeseen events: Radio Disney reserves the right to change this Sweepstakes at its sole
discretion at any time that Radio Disney becomes aware of any circumstances or occurrences,
which would materially affect the Sweepstakes fairness. Such changes will be announced in a
suitable way to reach the intended audience.
Winner assumes the risk of safe arrival of prize.

Mother’s Day” Sweepstakes
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN, NOR WILL A PURCHASE IMPROVE ONE’S CHANCES OF WINNING
1. SPONSOR: Radio Disney, a division of ABC Radio Networks Assets, LLC (Hereinafter referred to as
“Sponsor”.)
2. ELIGIBILITY: Entrants must be legal residents of the 50 United States or D.C., who are physically
located and residing therein (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions)
and are 10 years old or older as of April 27, 2014. Any entrant under the age of 18 must have his/her
parent or legal guardian’s permission to enter.
Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for Radio Disney, American Broadcasting Companies, Inc., any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the sweepstakes or supplying the prize, and each of their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year. 3. HOW AND WHEN TO ENTER:

Your local Radio Disney station will announce participating event locations, dates and times. Attend a
participating Radio Disney event, or location, where a sweepstakes entry box is located between April 5
- 27, 2014 (“Promotion Period”), as announced on your local Radio Disney station (“Local Event”). Local
Events and registry locations will also be posted to participating Radio Disney Facebook sites in the
“Your Station” tab under “Upcoming Events”.
To participate, complete, sign and arrange for parent’s and/or legal guardian’s signature (if required) on
Sweepstakes Entry Form at the Local Event. Submit your completed and signed Sweepstakes Entry Form
into the “Enter to Win” drawing box at the event location.
Failure to satisfactorily complete and timely submit the Sweepstakes Entry Form as required will result
in disqualification of entrant. Sweepstakes entries remain the property of Sponsor and will not be
returned.
Entrant can only enter once during the entire Promotion Period at the Local Event in the Radio Disney
market where your residence is located. Entries in excess of the limit by the same person will be
disqualified. All required Entry Information must be completed in full. Any attempted form of entry
other than as described herein is void. Entries in this sweepstakes are received from Local Events in
participating markets. Local Events may have entry deadlines any time after April 5, 2014 and prior to
April 27, 2014.
Only one entry per person and per household for the Grand Prize drawing.
Sponsor is not responsible for mail that is lost, stolen, late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, mutilated, misdirected, altered, tampered with, or postage-due.
Sponsor is not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures
of any kind, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or
software. If for any reason the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by
computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes that
corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the sweepstakes,
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry
process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes. No responsibility is assumed for any
error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure,
theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.
4. HOW AND WHEN WINNERS WILL BE SELECTED AND NOTIFIED:
One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected from the total pool of combined entries collected from all
Local Events in all participating Radio Disney markets/locations. Grand Prize winner will be notified by
telephone on or about April 28, 2014. Response to winner notification must be received by Sponsor
within three business days and/or on or before May 2, 2014 or the prize will be forfeited and may be
awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting.
If a potential Winner is found to be ineligible, he/she cannot travel on the dates designated below
and/or does not comply with these Official Rules, that potential Winner will be disqualified and another
entrant may, at Sponsor’s sole discretion be drawn as a Winner, as applicable, time permitting.
Odds of winning depend on number of valid entries received. Many will enter and only one will win the
Grand Prize.
Limit one (1) Grand Prize per person for this Sweepstakes. People who have won any other prizes on
their local Radio Disney station within 90 days of entry are not eligible to enter this sweepstakes.
Additional sweepstakes and contests may be held in any given local event on a market-by-market basis.
Consult your local event site for further details regarding entries and possible local sweepstakes and or
contests.
Final determination of winners is always conditional on verification of eligibility and compliance with all
rules and procedures.
5. PRIZE: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE TOTAL:
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize includes: four (4) tickets to a live taping of
“Dancing with the Stars” on Monday, May 12, 2014; two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations (single room,
quadruple occupancy) in a Los Angeles area hotel, selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor; and, if
the Winner resides more than 250 miles from Los Angeles (as determined by Sponsor in its sole
discretion), round-trip, coach class airfare for four (4) between an airport near the Winner’s residence
and a Los Angeles area airport on an airline of the Sponsor’s choosing.
All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the Winner’s
responsibility, including but not limited to: meals, alcoholic beverages, fax, gratuities and tips, insurance,
laundry service, merchandise, parking, room service, service charges, souvenirs and telephone calls.
Airline carrier and hotel regulations and conditions apply. Travel and lodging are subject to availability,
certain restrictions, blackout dates and Sponsor’s approval.
Winner and all guests must travel May 11-13, 2014, and all must travel on the same itinerary. Each
guest must be at least ten (10) years old. A minor (as defined by state of primary residence, “Minor”) may
not participate in the Grand Prize trip unless accompanied by his/her Parent as one of the party of four (4).
All members of the group will be required to execute and return a Release of Liability prior to ticketing.
Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $4500, which will vary depending upon point of departure. If the
actual value of the prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. Prize is not
redeemable for cash or transferable. No substitution allowed except, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, a prize of
equal or greater value may be substituted. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other
promotion or offer. Prize elements may not be separated.
In the event the prize winner is able to participate in the trip during the dates designated by Sponsor but
the show taping does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons including but not
limited to scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponement, location changes, an event of force
majeure, or for any other reason, then the Sponsor reserves the right to award the remainder of the
prize with no further obligation to the winner. Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole
responsibility of the winner, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of any
prize valued at $600 or more. Winner must provide his or her social security number on an IRS Form W-
9.
Winners are not entitled to exchange or transfer prizes or to obtain cash or other substitutes, but
Sponsor in its sole discretion may substitute prizes of equal or greater value if a prize listed is
unavailable for any reason.
If won by a minor, prize will be awarded in parent’s or guardian’s name.
5. RELEASES
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and
the sweepstakes administrator, which shall be final in all respects.
By participating in the sweepstakes and/or accepting any prize that they may win, entrants agree to
release Radio Disney, a division of ABC Radio Networks Assets, LLC, American Broadcasting Companies,
Inc., each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, advertising and promotion
agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and
employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the
“Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner,
directly or indirectly, from participation in this sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize.
Entrants authorize the Released Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and
state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, in any and all media
now known or hereafter created or conceived, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a winner’s list, if
applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any
of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or
materials, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.
To claim prize winner and/or winner’s parent or guardian must: (a) provide proof of winner’s age,
residency, and legal status; (b) sign and return eligibility, publicity, liability, rules compliance and any
other releases requested by Sponsor; and (c) have winner’s intended guest(s) or travel companion(s), if
any, sign and return releases requested by Sponsor; all within the time period(s) specified by Sponsor.
10. WINNER’S LIST:
Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry
process and to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the sweepstakes in the event of tampering or
other circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God or civil disturbance that render it
impractical or impossible to complete or fulfill the sweepstakes as originally planned.

Magical Mexico Trip SWEEPSTAKES powered by Apple Vacations
I. NAME OF SPONSOR(S)
Radio Disney, LLC, Apple Vacations. (Hereinafter collectively referred to as “Sponsor”).
II. ELIGIBILITY
Entrants must be legal residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia. Entrants must be 21 or older at time of entry to be eligible. Entrants need not attend an event listed below in person to win.
Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for Radio Disney, LLC , Apple Vacations, or any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the sweepstakes supplying the prize, and their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play. suspend the sweepstakes. If canceled, Sponsor reserves the right at its discretion to determine the
winner using all non-suspect eligible entries received up to the time of cancellation. Sponsor is not
responsible for failed, partial, delayed or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any
kind in connection with entries or the entry process, including but not limited to electronic malfunction
or damage of any network, hardware or software.
IV. HOW AND WHEN WINNERS WILL BE SELECTED AND NOTIFIED
Sponsor will select one (1) grand prize winner at random from among all valid entries received from all
entry methods combined on or about Tuesday, May 6th, 2014.
In the event winner is deemed ineligible, fails to comply with sweepstakes procedures, or is not
available to claim prize during specified dates, then an alternate winner will be selected at random.
Winner will be notified by telephone. Response to winner notification must be received by Sponsor
within 5 business days or the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner, time
permitting.
People who have won any other prizes on station within 90 days of entry are not eligible to enter this
sweepstakes.
Many will enter, only one will win.
Final determination of winners is always conditional on verification of eligibility and compliance with all
rules and procedures.
V. PRIZE
Grand prize includes one (1) four (4) night trip to Allegro Playacar (the resort), in Riviera Maya, Mexico
for two (2) adults and two (2) children under 12, departing from Chicago O’Hare International
Airport. Trip includes four (4) nights’ accommodations, round-trip charter air, transfers to/from resort,
non-motorized watersports at the resort, all food/drinks during hours of the resorts restaurants
operation and the assistance of an in-resort Apple Representative. Trip is valid for travel through
December 20th, 2014. Taxes, insurance, any applicable baggage fees, and additional expenses (such as
optional excursions, spa treatments, phone calls, souvenirs) are the sole responsibility of the winner.
· All vacations are approved on a promotional basis & are subject to availability. Blackout dates do apply.
· This trip is valid through December 20th, 2014
· Travel dates are final and will not be extended.
· Travel is not permitted during holiday periods including both 5 days prior to and after. Restricted dates of travel include: 5 days prior to and after holidays such as Spring Break, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and other U.S. government holidays (i.e. Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, etc..). · Trips are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
· Apple Vacations reserves the right to substitute the vacation with another of equal value, equal Apple rating or within the same hotel chain should any unforeseen circumstance occur. Hotel to be determined by Apple Vacations.
· Trips are valid for 2 adults and 2 children under 12 ONLY per room and do not include any special promotions. NO room upgrades.
· Winner must be at least 21 years old or traveling with a legal guardian.
· Employees of participating companies and its properties, sponsors, vendors and their immediate families are not eligible to win.
PRIZE REDEMPTION:
All departure/immigration taxes, insurance and fuel surcharges (approximately $320-370 USD per
person, subject to change) must be paid by winner to Apple Vacations prior to departure.
Approximate retail value: $3208
All expenses not specifically provided for herein are the winner’s sole responsibility.
Some restrictions may apply.
Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner, who will receive an IRS
Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of any prize valued at $600 or more.

VI. RELEASES

release Radio Disney Chicago, LLC, Apple Vacations, their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor
companies, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective
officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors,
representatives and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury,
loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this sweepstakes
and/or acceptance or use of the prize.

guardians to execute and return a Release of Liability prior to the Trip.
VII. MISCELLANEOUS; WINNERS’ LIST
Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry
process and to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the contest in the event of tampering or other
circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God or civil disturbance that render it impractical or
impossible to complete or fulfill the contest as originally planned.
