We received lots of calls, letters and emails from listeners about the positive difference that Life FM is making in their lives. As well as having a local impact, Life FM is also making a difference globally.

Because of your support, 35 children living in Ugandan refugee camps received emergency food supplies for one month and Christian booklets through our partnership with Feed the Hungry.

During August, 41 listeners also gave the miracle of sight on Miracles Day through CBM (Christian Blind Mission)!

We have an amazing opportunity to provide a positive radio station that is promotes faith, fun and family values and we’re glad that you’re part of it!

$10,000 Studio Equipment Grant!

Exciting news!! We received a $10,000 grant from the Community Broadcasting Foundation to upgrade the station’s studio equipment! Our existing equipment has served us well over many years. The grant will be used to purchase new microphones and mixing equipment in the main studio, and enable us to set up a fully equipped second studio. Thanks to our technical team for their assistance!

Luke volunteers at the station each week to help schedule the station’s programs. We appreciate his technical ability!

Join Jaclyn on Friday mornings between 10-12noon to hear life changing interviews and words that will inspire you!

Open Studio & City Wide PrayerOn Saturday 10 September the studio will be open from 8.30am. Pop in and say g’day and join us for a behind the scenes tour of the studios. From 10am join us for one hour to pray for the people of our great city, at the Life FM Studios 49 Forest Street, Bendigo. Look out for the new Life FM sign out the front!

OUR MAIN STUDIO IS IN NEED OF AN UPGRADE

On Saturday 8 October Life FM will broadcast live as the crowds gather to walk around Lake Weeroona as part of the MADCOW stampede. Funds raised will help break the cycle of poverty and homelessness in Bendigo, and provide food and education supplies to refugees living on the Thai/Burma border. Morning Tea & AGMJoin us on Saturday November 19 for morning tea at 10am, followed by a special meeting and our AGM at 10.30am, at Bendigo Baptist Church, 757 McIvor Highway, Junortoun. Find out what’s happened at the station this year, meet the committee, and ask questions. We’ve welcomed over 40 new members in the past few months! Life FM Outside Broadcast!

Leeann’s home is in New Jersey, America, but for 12 months she plans to be in Australia. Her passion for contemporary Christian music lead her to volunteer at Life FM, and she’s now busy downloading the latest music and developing the station’s music library.

Life FM is partnering with Bendigo Cinemas in hosting a special marketing event between 12-14 October at GPO Bendigo.

You’re invited to attend a one-hour session to find out how you can market your business or brand. Registrations are limited to 10 people per session, and each session will run for one hour.
