Flexible Scheduling

Radixx Air presents the flight schedule, availability and fares simultaneously to agents on one screen. Not only is this much faster than traditional systems, in a single display it rapidly provides all of the information necessary for the agent to close a sale. In addition, alternate flight dates with availability and fares are displayed on the same screen at the same time

Productivity is enhanced by always having the list of routes available as well as having the destinations automatically filtered based on the origin.

With a click of a mouse, the agent can get a pop up of all the other fares with their availability and the fare rules.

Easy Inventory Control with the RADIXX WIZARDThe Radixx Air inventory module has been designed to support both a domestic and an international carrier operating with simple or complex fare rules and schedules. SSIM files can be read or produced by the module. Schedules can be entered and reviewed before being committed. An easy to use wizard with templates simplifies the entry. Schedules can be easily modified, extended, or cancelled.

Easy Fare RulesThe fares rules module easily handles advance purchase, round trip, minimum stayovers, passenger type and almost all rules in common use today. Radixx fare rules are extremely easy to use. When compared with other systems, one fifth as many fare basis codes are needed to accomplish the same ends. This translates into significant labor savings and much easier fare management. Fare basis codes are assigned to markets and have virtually all of the rules for exceptions, penalties, refund ability, etc. that would be used by a traditional carrier. Point of sale and promo code tracking are powerful optional functions of the system.

Radixx Air has extensive support for taxes. Any city or city pair can have virtually any type of tax. Taxes are automatically calculated. Tax reports are done as extracts to an Excel file for easy payment to authorities.

Three page Web Booking EngineFrom request to confirm in three simple pages Availability, booking , payment confirmation and all in as many languages as you want. Radixx easily supports an unlimited number of languages on its web site, enabling clients world-wide to make their bookings. Since the system uses a database for the storage of all prompts, adding a new language can be done quickly and can be easily maintained.
