Australian Green Treefrog

General information

Appearance

The Australian Green Tree Frog has golden eyes with black pupils and its skin is coloured green. It has a muculent and a flaxen tongue to eat its prey. It can camouflage in green leaves with it's skin and eyes closed. The green Tree frog is 3-6 centimetres long and it is a amphibian.

The green tree frog uses its tongue to eat its prey by sticking out its tongue grab it then swallow it. The green tree frog comes from comes from tropical rain forests located in Australia. The green tree frog can live for 4-6 years. The animal that eats the green tree frog are cobras.

Fun facts Australian green tree frogs are usually beautiful, bright and green depending on the mood of the frog.When a female green tree frog is at its adult age, it is a bout 12 cm in length. Male green tree frogs are smaller and less robust then female green tree frogs.

All the body is covered in fur. Chimpanzees are mammals. Their hair colour is brown. It has two legs and two arms but they walk on all fours. It also looks like a monkey but has no tail. It also is like a human in appearance.

Fun factEclectus Parrots are known to be noisy birds, but they are very secretive in the forest.

Male and female eclectus parrot is not same colour. Female is green,male is red. They have 2 wing,2 leg,they got a feather and varying size of their head.

The flap necked chameleon has light skin.Its skin can be grey,green and brown. It's long tongue is slimy. Its tongue is light green. The flap necked chameleon is 25-30cm long.

Giant Pandas eat bamboos (stem,shoot and leaves). They also eat grass and fruit. They can eat up to 30kg of bamboo each day. They also eat different types of bamboo at different times of the year.

Giant Pandas eat up to 85 pounds of bamboo shoots each day. The bamboos make up to 99 per cent of their diet! The Giant Pandas teeth are made for them to eat meat but they are actually herbivores.

Keel-Billed Toucan

It's body is covered in feathers. The keel-billed toucan colours are red, green, yellow, orange and black. The keel billed toucan's bill can reach lengths of the lengths of nearly 20cm long and is around one third of the length of the keel billed toucans body. The bill is actually quite light because it is made of protein and supported by hollow bones.
