Time line is defined for approval of complete application through IGRS circular No. 20/2002 dated 19-12-2002 in 25 minutes in 4 steps

1 Citizen comes to the SR office and presents the Document deed to Sub Registrar/ Reader and who checks the details of the document and verifies the same.

2 Sub Registrar/ Reader passes the document to Operator for feeding the required details in application software

Evaluation report generated from software and the Operator passes the same to the Sub Registrar/ Reader for verification.

After verification, the document is provided to Cashier for payment. After receiving payments, Cash Receipt is issued to Citizen.

4 Subsequently, Operator takes the Photo and Thumb impression of the Executant(s) and Claimant(s) and also takes thumb impression of witnesses.

After taking impression and photo, the Operator takes endorsement on the back side of the document.

The document is passed to the Sub Registrar Officer for registration of the document and handover to presenter after scanning of the whole document.
