The Mutual Home Store of Greenville property at 1256 Pendleton St. and two additional storefronts across the street at 1259 and 1261, totaling approxi-mately 16,000 square feet, are un-der contract. Approximately 10,000 square feet are under contract with Branwood Properties LLC, and the additional properties are under contract with a local marketing firm... Plans currently include five to six separate storefronts on the westbound side of Pendleton that could be outfitted for retail and restaurants."

TROLLEY
"One of the city’s new trolleys would serve Augusta Street, Cleve-land Park and the Greenville Zoo, while the other would serve the Village of West Greenville under routes unveiled by Greenlink Mon-day afternoon. The city is buying and funding operation of two new trolleys. The trolleys, which are be-ing paid for through hospitality tax revenue, must support restaurants, retail, parks and leisure destina-tions outside the central business district by providing tourists — and residents — transportation. The trolleys are free and will start at Falls Park. The first proposed route would serve The Village of West Greenville by traveling Pendleton Street to Brandon Mill..."

VILLAGE PLAZA
" The Village of West Greenville has a new public plaza. Located between The Anchorage and Com-munity Journals on Perry Avenue, the roughly 5,000-square-foot plaza features lights strung from rooftop to rooftop, one-of-a-kind cast-iron light poles donated by local businessman and community leader Richard Heusel, and public art as a nod to the area’s thriving arts scene. The plaza will also in-clude a large artistic ‘Village of West Greenville’ sign funded by a $3,000 Placemaking Micro-Grant from the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors..."
