    Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: Graduated from Cal Poly Pomona in 1969 (transferred from Cal Poly SLO), BS in Social Sciences. Worked at UCLA Medical Center in patient accounts and met future husband, who graduated from NY Law School. After daughter Cara was born in 1982, family moved to Vancouver BC, then Long Island NY, and settled in suburbs of Seattle WA. Cara went on to graduate in fashion design from London UK. The whole family moved back to NY so Cara could work there afterwards. Pat & Preston retired in 2007 to Vista, CA, also a former place of residence in the '70s. Pat used to own a dog grooming shop there.

    Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: I've been extremely blessed with a wonderful family. We are all very close and spend a lot of time together. We enjoy everything from family dinners to weekend outings to travelling internationally. Italy has been one of our favorites and a country we have been to many times. Germany, Austria, Spain, and Mexico have also made the list. This past summer I spent a few weeks traveling on the east coast.I've also been blessed with a steady and successful career as a General Manager for Williams Sonoma. I just recently retired, which has proven to be the best decision of my life!

    Interests: Motorcycle racing (what else is there in life?), Art, all things mechanical

    Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: 1967 I went to Ireland to check out the motorcycle racing scene. It was supposed to be for a year. The racing was so good I stayed for 15 and met and married a wonderful girl. We just started into our 43rd year of marriage. While I was over there I got to tour most of Europe. Interesting but there's no place like Riverside. I worked until I was 65 and called it a day. I'm still racing bikes but now its land speed racing. I have several records at El Mirage dry lake and Bonneville salt flats. We'll be heading to Bonneville again in a couple of weeks. Life has been a trip.

    Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: Went back to school age 40 to become Pharmacist. Married 40 years to Dennis Stirlen. We traveled a variety of places in US and Europe. Had planned to do more on retirement. Planned to retire in Surprise, AZ.

    Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: Left US to return to Canada (country of birth) after BA, Pomona, 1969. Abandoned PhD studies (with MA) at McGill U., Montreal, PQ, for a year of back-to-the land in BC. Re-birthed as public sector psychologist, 1973, with intense activity in the union. Career change in 1994 to join staff of progressive health care union, doing everything from organizing to arbitrations. Moved to Victoria, BC, from Vancouver upon retirement.

    Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: After marrying Stephen and having our first two children in Riverside, we moved to San Francisco, where our third son was born. In the early '80s, we bought an insurance company and moved the family to Conway, AR, and we have been here since that time!

    Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: Have lived in Riverside my entire life except for 1 1/2 years we were in Colorado while husband was in the Army. Most memorable trip was to Italy with a master chorale that sang for a service at the Vatican in Rome. Even though not Roman Catholic the splendor of the Vatican was spectacular.

    Interests: I am an avid autocross driver along with my grandson. We race in my Subaru STI.

    Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: I completed my Ph.D. at UCR in 1974. I then worked for the Navy for 10 years, and Lockheed for 12 years. I did contract work as a mathematician thereafter. I am still working on an Air Force project. I have a patent on traffic signal controllers but have not marketed it yet. I am actively involved in politics. My wife and I have enjoyed traveling to many places in Europe.

    Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: 13 great years married to an exceptional DL airline pilot. Working in the same industry, gave us travel throughout the world. Two wonderfully successful daughters, one A&M Civil Engineer with MBA, one Lawyer married to Navy Commander, and blessed w/2 grandsons! Life filled with much joy! Times shared with good friends, family and grandsons! These we love! A great gift, sharing 50 years of life with H.S. classmates of '64! I am thankful and humbled for all that I have experienced and wouldn't change my path. God's blessings, I look forward to many years ahead. GO RAMS!

    Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: Attended Riverside City College, Baylor University, and Cal State Fullerton. Graduated with a BA in Elementary Education. Taught grades 3rd through 6th for 37 years in the Ontario-Montclair School District. Since retirement I have volunteered in the Assistance League of the Foothill Communities, a non-profit organization, helping school age children in our community.

    Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: Born in Idaho, a military brat who lived many places, I ended at Ramona and RCC. Then to UCMC San Franscisco and amazing Northern CA. Got married, moved to Sonoma. Goal was to run UCSF Dental Hygiene school. Remarkable how a little 7 lb bundle can alter your plans in a heartbeat. 7 years ago I took a Travel Abroad class with photographer Ron Zak and have been exploring the world with a camera every since. Now every spare moment is seeing the world through the eyes of my grandchildren....an experience that has so far exceeded any ideas of being a grandparent. Amazing.

    Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: Michael Boughn moved to Canada in 1966 because of his opposition to the war against Viet Nam. After working in factories for many years, he earned a PhD in Literature from SUNY Buffalo (NY) in 1986. His book, Cosmographia -- a post-Lucretian faux micro-epic, was short listed for the (Canadian) Governor-General's Award for Poetry in 2011. He teaches American literature at the University of Toronto.

Thirty-eight years in elementary education was very fulfilling and I'll always be glad I chose that road. Now after being retired for seven years I'm finding new avenues to pursue. It can't get any better than this!

    Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: I got a BA degree from Baylor, taught school in Africa for two years and then got a Masters from Duke Divinity School; I have worked as an organizer in low-income communities across the country as well as national groups such as Amnesty International, Common Cause, Ground Zero, National Days of Dialogue on Race, and AmericaSpeaks; I was also an adjunct professor for the USC Washington Semester Program for 15 years and now work as a consultant with the Faith & Politics Institute and Public Engagement Associates.

    Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: Getting married in Geneva, Switzerland. Moving to Canada - 500 miles north of Vancouver. Spending a day with Toronto Blue Jay's Joe Carter in Toronto. Meeting Pierre Trudeau and shaking his hand. Meeting Ben Affleck while being an extra in Reindeer Games (all my scenes were cut - sniff). I was able to stay home with our boys until they were all in school. I was the office manager for a transportation firm for 8 years and have been with a structural engineering firm for 18+ years. No plans on retiring.

    Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: Bob and I celebated our 45th wedding anniversary this year. Before we retired to our mountain property in New Mexico, Bob's job took us to Montana, North Dakota and back to California. I'm involved in several non-profit organizations which keeps me busy. We love living in New Mexico and really enjoy being retired.

    Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: II worked as an Accountant for a chemical manufacturing company in Los Angeles for 11 years. I learned to fly in Long Beach and have my private pilot license. We moved to Isfahan, Iran just in time to be there for the revolution. Moved to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia where we lived for 22 years. We were able to travel the world and raise our two children. We were there for the Gulf War and Iraqi Freedom. We retired to Bastrop, Texas in 2004. We lost our home in the Bastrop Fire in 2011. We have rebuilt our home on the same land. I am currently working for the YMCA where I am teaching swimming

    Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: Worked at Kootenai Health for last 25 years, traveled and enjoyed all the Northwest has to offer especially the Oregon Coast, “can’t take the California beach out of the girl.”

    Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: Graduated from Cal Poly Pomona ('69) with BS - Aerospace Engineering. Worked at: Douglas Aircraft Co from '70 to '79; Southern Airways/Republic Airlines, '79 to '84; United Airlines '84 to '11. Moved from So Cal to Atlanta, then to Minneapolis, from there to San Francisco, then finally to Chicago. Officiated HS and college football for 29 years retiring after '02 season. Now I enjoy building furniture in my garage. My son has a MS - Mech Engrg from GA Tech; just got back from UK where we attended graduation when my daughter received her PhD. I've had a good life and wouldn't change a thing.

    Family: Married to Jerry for 44 years and have 3 wonderful children.

    Interests: Indexing, biking, traveling around the world, reading, genealogy research.

    Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: Moved to Huntington Beach with my mom after graduation. At 21 moved to Tokyo, Japan to work for the US government & met my husband there. Spent a year in Palo Alto while my husband finished graduate school at Stanford. Moved to Detroit, Michigan the following year & have lived here ever since except for four years in England. After raising my children I received an MLIS from Wayne State University, & worked as a school librarian for 15 years. I am now retired, and enjoying every minute of it. My favorite place to be is on Glen Lake in the summers, & traveling with my husband.

    Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: Very proud of our daughters, who all work for the good of children. A teacher, a school vice principal, and a director at an abused children's foundation. They are all close to one another and, happily, to us. Lots of travel all together, and other family time. We've all been to Europe, the Caribbean, Hawaii, Alaska and Mexico via cruises, most of the U.S and more. I was especially delighted when my six-year-old granddaughter invited me to a play of The Wizard of Oz, just the two of us.And very thankful for excellent health throughout the family.

    Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: I was a stay at home mom for several years before I went back to college at age 34. I received my AA degree from RCC in 1983 and then attended UCR. I was a biology major but left in my senior year to become the Executive Director of the Tri-County Dental Society. The highlight of my recent life is reacquainting with a schoolmate from grammar school in Elsinore, Roy Nakai. He is a retired pediatric dentist and since I’ve been with the dental society for more than 29 years, we have our careers in common, as well as common friends from our childhood. We both like to travel and travel well together. It doesn't get any better than this!

I worked for The Knoxville News Sentinel newspaper for 21 years as an advertising graphic artist and loved it, although driving a 100 miles a day got a bit hectic, especially in snow & bad weather. I love being retired and able to work on all my art projects and spending time with loving friends.

Two of my three children live in the small town in the south with and near me, I have a beautiful piece of land and a small adobe house, I enjoy every day to the max. the peace, clean air and water are a plus. My toddler grandson comes down to visit me daily and I am healthy and contented. Would have loved to come to the reunion, but it was a long way to go to a party!

A number of friends showed up at LAX to say goodbye and, as the doors to the aircraft closed, the reality of what was happening came into clear focus for the first time: I was leaving everything I knew and held dear to travel, alone, to a strange country where I didn't know anyone, didn't speak the language and was about to engage in the practice of law in an unfamiliar legal system.

After my service in the Army, I returned to the University to complete my graduate education in English with a PhD. He spent 35 yrs. as a traffic officer and thank God I never worried as I knew he would be home every night. Private pilot, PADI certified active scuba diver since 1976, surfer for decades, member of a US Olympic Committee. There's still a great future for men & women from very poor families in USA. I hope that those in our class with grandchildren emphasize the importance of education & hard work because that's all I had.

    Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: During nearly 45 years in broadcast journalism, I've had the rare opportunity to cover a wide range of significant and historical news events. From the bloody riots on the streets of L-A, to the frozen tundra above the Arctic circle for the opening of the Trans-Alaska Oil Pipeline. From the eruption of Mt. St. Helens, to a ride-a-long flight with the Blue Angels. It's been quite a ride. I'm not ready yet to shut off the microphone. KNX News Radio in L-A is where I hang my hat now. Even after fifty years though, I still remember all the words to 'Trouble' from the 'Music Man'.

    Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: Our trip to the Egyptian Pyramids in 2000 was a very memorable experience, as well as to Greece and Italy. Our trips to Hawaii and the Bahamas with family have also been great fun. Also, I have been blessed to meet many wonderful Buddhist Masters, and receive teachings from them over the years beginning in 1974. Recently, my sister's 50th wedding anniversary party here in CA was a very special occasion for everyone in my family.

    Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: Returned to Michigan to be near family but miss Riverside every day. I joined the Detroit Concert Choir in 1991 and traveled on 7 international choral competitions where we won numerous awards including Choir of the World in Llangollen, Wales. We also won many national awards, the Margaret Hillis award for choral excellence. Ballroom dancing is a favorite activity and I visit the Riverside studio when coming back 'home'. Love taking my 7 year old grandson to Tiger games - he knows the players, numbers and positions they play.

AS in avionics technology, BS in business, MBA, EdD in Education Technology Leadership. Traveled all over the United States, South America, Asia and Europe on business. Now living in a small town (1,600 people) on the western slope of the Cascade Mountains in Oregon. Community service as City Council Member, Economic Development Corporation, Chamber of Commerce and Santiam Hearts to Arts to promote arts and culture in our canyon communities.

Sales Career with TransWestern Publishing and At&t. Retired in 2010.Married to Nader for 39 great years, widowed in 2012. Son, Ted is a National Manager with Toyota.     Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: Bachelor of Science Industrial Engineering, Cal Poly, Pomona, 1970. I moved to Boulder, Colorado in 1970 to work for IBM through 1982, also being involved in various real estate ventures. In 1984 I took a year off and lived in Maui where I worked on a catamaran for snorkeling, diving, and whale watching. I returned to Boulder and started Scuba Joe, Inc. Dive Center and Travel Agency, leading worldwide diving and adventure tours. As a PADI Course Director I have over 3,000 scuba dives. I became involved in building new homes in Denver in the mid 1990's through 2010.

    Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: Lived in Corrales NM 1979-2012. Recently moved to Scottsdale, Az. Have enjoyed a career as an interior designer, working on several large commercial & residential projects, and meeting wonderful people. The last few years my husband, Michael ,and I have enjoyed yearly trips to Italy, Lake Como being our favorite destination. We have a ranch in Pagosa Springs, Co. where we retreat, on occasion, with our 4 horses and 3 dogs. We also train and show our horses in dressage.
