Randy has a love of boating and the ocean developed during his college years in Santa Barbara, California majoring in Economics and exploring the Channel Islands. His first long distance voyage was delivering the beautiful, teak construction, Sparkman and Stevens designed sloop “Orient” from Los Angeles to Guaymas Mexico for the film “Lucky Lady” starting Gene Hackman, Lisa Minnelli and Burt Reynolds. After a few years working, Randy started a Yacht Brokerage and Dealership in California selling both Power and Sailing Boats, built in the USA and Europe.
Randy has spent many years cruising and raising on the Pacific coast competing in all the Mexican races, two Transpacs and one Victoria to Maui race. He moved his family to South Florida 10 years ago and developed as a Yacht Broker traveling to many of the manufacturers in Italy, France and Holland to view new construction and understand the evolution of Yacht Design in larger Motor and Sailing Yachts. In 35 years as a Licensed Yacht Broker, Randy has always gained a great deal of satisfaction from understanding his client’s wants and needs.
Randy enjoys the complete process of listening to the Buyers and Sellers as he continues to provide the best possible service now and in their future buying and selling their boats.

Denison regularly uses direct mail pieces to promote our inventory of listings. Each quarter we send over 45,000 letters, postcards, and magazines to our targeted list of clients and current boat owners in an effort to consistently stay in touch with our customer base.
Each piece is professionally designed and written by our marketing team to ensure our message stands out. When direct mail cards are designed right, they have the potential to remain on coffee tables and desks for a long time. Contacting potential clients through the mail is one of the most effective ways to promote listings.
Denison Yacht Sales has grown into a true international yacht brokerage firm, with 11 waterfront offices, a super yacht and charter division, and exclusive new boat sales.
For the last half of the 20th century, Broward Marine constructed more luxury yachts over 70-feet than any other manufacturer in the world. Shortly after Frank sold the business, his grandson, Bob Denison, took over the helm of the brokerage company, Denison Yacht Sales.

The Denison family has been a mainstay in the yachting industry for more than 60 years. In 1948, Frank Denison founded Broward Marine, which within 10 years, became the largest employer in Broward County, Florida, and soon after opened another shipyard in Saugatuck, Michigan.
