Invitation to Sponsors Dear Sponsor, The Committee of the South Australian Branch of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists invites you to participate as a sponsor at our biennial Scientific Congress, to be held on the weekend of March 28 and 29 2015 at the Adelaide Zoo. The content of the meeting will focus on inflammatory eye disease, which of course brings together many conditions with a wide variety of ocular manifestations. We have our newest South Australian Professor, Justine Smith, as keynote speaker, as well as highly respected experts, Assoc Professor Anthony Hall and Dr Lyndell Lim, both from the RVEEH in Melbourne. The venue, the Sanctuary, is a wonderful space which provides excellent accommodation for both the plenary sessions and industry sponsors. The central location is convenient, and we expect that the majority of Ophthalmologists from South Australia, as well some from interstate, will attend. Our conference organiser is SEED Events, represented by Lejla and Janine, who will be able to deal with any and all of your queries. CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT Please return the completed application form together with the non-‐refundable 50% deposit to confirm your sponsorship. Full payment is required by Friday 23rd January 2015. Late bookings are possible, but choices may be limited. To ensure your selection, register early. The Meeting committee has final jurisdiction as to how exhibition layout is organised and their decision is final. CANCELLATION Cancellation of bookings must be in writing and received by Seed Events by Friday 23rd January 2015, to receive a refund of payment less the non-‐refundable deposit. SECURITY The exhibition area will be locked overnight, however, it is strongly suggested that valuable items be removed when the exhibition is closed. No responsibility can be accepted for any loss or damage to equipment and display materials.
