Giving youth a voice and a purpose - It is now the 3rd year that AIESEC organizes one of the biggest youth leadership forums in Romania. From the beginning, the purpose of the project has been to reunite under the same forum, representatives from companies, leaders from different sectors and youth talent selected by AIESEC, to engage and discuss the topic of youth leadership in Romania and how we can change todays society for the better.As being part of AIESEC Romania, I have see the way that this Forum has evolved and has given many perspectives both to the young students that we work with each and every day, but as well to the representatives of the companies and the speakers that we have invited. The Leadership Forum is a place where all participants and guest get to collaborate and be inspired by some of the brightest young minds in Romania today. Romania Youth Leadership Forum is about connection, is about learning and it is about giving youth a voice and a purpose for todays society.

During this event I had the opportunity to meet 500 potential leaders, young people, full of energywho want to make a difference in their society.
