Skype is video conferencing software. Video/Audio/Text/Screen Free
Key Features Video- With a webcam attached to your
computer you can make calls with video from computer to computer. Currently this is limited to just two computers.

Text- Skype allows you text like many instant messaging software.
Additional Features Screen Sharing- Skype allows you to
share what you can see on your screen.
Skype Skype has provided a way for
coordinators to meet across campuses. Students in the SCORE program use this
to contact their teachers. Would be useful for staff to contact one
another.
Allows staff from distant campuses to contact each other in a face to face.
Open Google Docs
Use ScreenSharing to show someone what is happening on your computer. A great way to get problems resolved
remotely or share with someone else. Great way to share part OR all of your
screen.
