INDIAN STATISTICAL INSTITUTE 203,B.T.ROAD,KOLKATA-700108 No:D.0/ 22320 Sf December'2014 OFFICE CIRCULAR This is for the information of all concerned that Institute has entered into a rate contract with Hewlett Packard India Pvt Ltd for procurement of all the HP Laserjet and Ink jet cartridges in Kolkata and other outlying centers and branches. Therefore all the recycling /procurement of cartridges of HP Laserjet/Inkjet printers will henceforth be processed as per the rate contract with Hewlett Packard India Pvt. Ltd .The purchase procedure will be as follows:- 1.0rder to be placed through e-mail of the respective department for the purchase of Cartridge to the Hp's Registered Supplier Reseller(RSR). The list of RSR's with the name of contact persons and respective e-mail nos. are appended in the enclosed Annexure.Order will be accepted by HP only if it is placed through the e-mail of the concerned department (list attached). 2.0rder to be executed By RSR of HP on receipt of e-mail. 3.Material to be supplied by RSR of HP to the concerned department. 4.Bills to be raised by the RSR of RP on the concerned department. 5.Bills duly sanctioned by the concerned Department head/Prof. in charge/Director, depending upon the financial power with budget stamp,accession in the stock register confirming the receipt of the material to be forwarded to the Bill unit of Accounts department along with the duly approved Part I, duly receipted challan and e-mail order copy of the purchase for payment purpose. Other terms andconditions of the above mentioned Office Circular remain unchanged.
