71st Annual Membership Meeting

Dinner is following the meeting. Dinner tickets may bepurchased at any Chessie Office during February 24th throughMarch 6th. It is not necessary to purchase a dinner ticket inorder to attend the business meeting.

The Credit Union will elect 3 members to its Board of Directorsfor a 3-year term. Those running include Richard Graham,Cumberland, MD; Mary McKenzie, Mt. Savage, MD; MikeTipton, Ft. Ashby, WV; and Charlie Winebrenner, Lonaconing,MD. Voting will be conducted by printed ballot withmembership having a choice of the following methods:

1. Absentee ballot 2. Casting a ballot in person at one of our offices on

February 27 & 28, 20203. At the Annual Membership Meeting between 5:30 P.M.

and 6:30 P.M. on Saturday, March 14, 2020

You may be added to the list of nominees by submitting apetition to the secretary of the credit union no later thanJanuary 29, 2020. Valid petitions must contain signatures of1% of our current membership. Presently this would requireover 286 signatures. Members signing the petition must be atleast 18 years of age. A statement signed by the nomineeconfirming that they will serve if elected must accompanythis petition.

The results of the election will be announced at the AnnualMembership Meeting.
