Mystic Mountain is Western Pennsylvania’s ideal learning environment for first-time skiers, with 25 acres of fun, short lines, friendly trails and experienced instructors. If winter sports are your thing, then you are in luck! Downhill skiing and snowboarding are available on six slopes at Mystic Mountain, with slope difficulty ranging from beginner to expert. Mystic Mountain has a 300 foot vertical drop, three lifts, and is well lit for nighttime skiing. Our professional staff is available for private lessons and ready to assist those in need. Mystic Mountain also has rental equipment available, leaving no excuses for mastering the mountain! 2020–2021 SEASON OVERVIEW Weather permitting. 9 AM - 8 PM 9 AM - 4 PM 12 PM - 6 PM Please note all hours are subject to change. SKI & SNOWBOARD LESSONS Mystic Mountain offers a variety of programs for all ages. The Snow Sports Academy employs the finest professional, PSIA-certified instructors from all over the world. Our instructors offer skiing, snowboarding and cross-country ski lessons. The only way to learn a lifelong sport is by taking lessons. It is highly recommended for guests to book a lesson with one of our professionals. Private lessons are available every day Mystic Mountain is open, by reservation. Lessons are available for any age, but it is recommended that children be at least four years old. PRIVATE LESSONS 1-HOUR LESSON $100 per lesson $31 for each additional person * Lift tickets & rentals are not included. Maximum of three people per lesson 2 HOUR LESSON $146 per lesson $38 for each additional person * Lift tickets & rentals are not included. Maximum of three people per lesson Lessons must be scheduled in advance. It is important to note that a 100% fee is charged for no-shows. Cancellations are required 24 hours prior to the lesson to avoid the 100% cancellation charge. Prices reflect the cost of the lesson, taxes and gratuity for the instructor. MYSTIC MOUNTAIN SNOW CAMP (Ages 4-12) The goal of Snow Camp is to instill confidence and a love of skiing and snowboarding to participants, in the safest manner possible. Everyone will have a great time learning new skills in a “cool” social environment. The full-day program includes two on-the-snow group sessions, a hearty skier’s lunch, interactive indoor-themed activities, and a skiing report card to monitor the specific skills necessary to grow in the sport. HALF-DAY $146 Offered Daily 9 AM - 12 PM or 1 PM - 4 PM FULL-DAY $186 TWO-DAY $279 THREE-DAY $372 * Lift tickets & rentals are included with all snow camp packages. Teaching and individual lessons are not offered in camp. Children need to be prepared with proper waterproof skiing clothing, hat and gloves. All prices include use of rental of skis and boots. Please allow 35 minutes for registration during the holidays. The junior programs are supervised by a highly professional team of instructors, and the goal is to improve the ability of every participant. SNOW TUBING 2-hour sessions with reservations required. $25 per person - $20 for passholders Take a seat on specially designed tubes, cruise down one of six lanes on the 700-foot hill, then ride back to the top with your tube on the conveyor lift. Children ages 9+ must ride in a single tube. The minimum age is 3, and children 3-8 must be accompanied by an adult in a double tube. Ski boots are not permitted. Tubing availability is weather permitting. ● BEGINNER HILL Large beginner bowl area: This slope is perfect

for skiers and snowboarders who are working on their stopping and turning abilities.

● GERONIMO The longest slope at one-half mile in length: By taking this slope, guests are utilizing the

easiest way to the bottom of Mystic Mountain. A laser-guided system was used to cut this

beautiful trail, which is excellent for learning to ski or snowboard.

GRIZZLY RUN A step up from Geronimo with more thrilling

terrain for those new intermediates: This slope has an incredible view of

the Laurel Highlands.

♦ NOSE DIVE A gorgeous expert trail for those that can tackle

Grizzly Run: This slope is a short, but steep descent, which exits onto Geronimo Slope.

♦ CLIFF HANGER When your stomach meets your throat,

you’re halfway down this expert trail.

♦ SHOWBOATThis trail is located under the quad chair lift,

and provides onlookers with an opportunity to watch skiers and riders devour this challenging

expert trail.

The terrain park is great for beginners to learn the skills needed to be successful skiers. Located on the right side of Grizzly Run, it includes:
