IntroductionThe architecturally stimulating Ratio Post Top is unmatched with a unique look and unparalleled performance that blends seamlessly within any environment.The outstanding optical design and specialized lenses of each LED produce sites with remarkable uniformity. The Ratio Post Top is mounted using an internal expansion collar perfect for single-bolt tightening and auto leveling functionality. It is ideal for replacing 150W to 400W metal halide lamps with typical energy savings of 55% and delivered lumens of 5,300 - 17,700.

Data is considered to be representative of the configurations shown, within the tolerances allowed by Lighting Facts. Actual performance may differ as a result of end-user environment and application. Actual wattage may differ by +/- 8% when operating between 120-480V +/-10%. CONSTRUCTION The luminaire is constructed of high quality cast aluminum parts. The roof is cast aluminum with heat dissipating fins. LED boards are thermally bonded to the luminaire body. The pole is all aluminum, one-piece construction with a 4” diameter extruded shaft, a hinged cast aluminum anchor base, and a two-piece cast aluminum cover.
FINISH The powder coated finish uses premium TGIC polyester powder. The finish is a three-stage process that consists of drying, powder application and curing. Before coating, the parts are treated with a five-stage pretreatment process, consisting of a heated alkaline cleaner, rinse, phosphate coating, rinse, and sealant.
OPTICS The luminaire has eight, ten, or twelve boards with nine high-intensity LEDs per board. Each board features its own optic which has nine individual lenses molded in. The boards are available in 3500 K, 4100 K or 5600 K LED color temperatures, Available optics deliver types 2, 3, 4, and 5 distributions.
ELECTRICAL The Ratio 1.52 features a remote powertray on all versions, keeping the additional heat source of the drivers far away from the LEDs as well as adding the convenience and ability to service the powertray components from the ground. The standard TLPRO152 offers a 4” diameter tilting pole that houses the powertray in the base of the pole. For retrofitting the Ratio 1.52 luminaire to existing poles or installing the luminaire to new, fixed base poles, the Clamshell Base fits around the lower portion of a 3, 4, and 5 inch diameter straight shaft pole and includes a removable powertray inside a gasketed compartment.
INSTALLATION The luminaire is mounted on a 4” hinged pole via an internal expansion collar accessible by removing a cover secured with one 1/4-20 x 5/8” long socket head cap stainless steel screw that is located between luminaire arms. No visible mounting hardware is required. The power assembly tray is installed in the hinged pole when positioned horizontally and affixed to the pole via two self tapping screws. There are two drivers per tray with two wiring harnesses equipped with quick disconnect plugs that attach to the luminaire. The pole is provided with four, 3/4” hot-dip galvanized L-type anchor bolts to be installed on a 8.5” - 10” bolt circle. The bottom of the hinged pole is secured to the anchor base with three, 1/2” hex head stainless steel retaining bolts, split lock washers and flat washers. A two-piece cover is secured with four, 1/4” stainless steel allen head countersunk screws.
The Clamshell Base installs on 3 or 4 inch diameter poles using cast adapter collars, and to 5 inch diameter poles using stainless steel straps. The Clamshell consists of a fixed side and a removable side. The powertray is contained in the removable side. The Clamshell Base is fastened together with four tamper resistant screws.
LISTINGS The luminaire is tested to and meets all NRTL’s outdoor requirement standards, wet location use, through the fully accredited and approved CSA laboratory.
