PROPERTY TAX RATES PER SQUARE METER

REGIONAL AID (Rawicz Municipality Council act no. XLVIII/392/14 from 24 September 2014). This act was created on the basis of the Regulation of European Commision from17 July 2014 and the Treaty on Functioning of the European Union (article 107, paragraph 3).

Exemption time: up to 5 years

Basic condition: the initial investment or creation of new workplaces. To get an exemption it is necessary to incur particular expenditures for

investment (depending on the size of the enterprise) or to create particular number of workplaces.

Formalities: it is necessary to apply before the commencement of the investment.

initial investment: creating a new plant, extension of existing plant (e.g. increasing plant capacity) or purchasing a plant that was closed or would have been closed if if had not been purchased. It is the investment in material fixed assets (i.e. lands, buildings, tools, equipment) or intangible assets (e.g. patents, licences, know-how,

intelectual property).

Creating new workplaces: the netto growth of a number of workers in particular plant, comparing with the average number of previous 12 months. Each eliminated workplace in that period must be deducted from each new workplace; the number of full-time, part-time and seasonal workers must be presented as a fraction of annual work units.

In case of big entrepreneur, the property tax exemption concerns the properties where the initial investment has been realised or the new workplaces (connected with the initial investment) has been created, when:

•the expenditures devoted to initial investment were higher that 1.000.000 euro

•there were created at least 100 new workplaces, connected with initial investment

conditions:

1) commitment to cover at least 25% of eligible costs from own or external sources, free from public financial support.

2) commitment to: in case of the exemption due to initial investment - to maintain investment for at least 5 years since completing the investment or - in case of the exemption due to new workplaces connected with initial investment - to maintain new workplaces for at least 5 years since creating them.

For big enterpreneur - whole amount of 5-years tax rate, but up to 25% of expenditures, that are eligible costs

Exemption time: 2 years

Basic condition is to build a new building, where the business activity will be operated.

Exemption does not include: buildings related to the business activity with the area over

200 square meters and devoted for petrol station Formalities: It is necessary to apply within 14 days after completing the investment.
