David Ross-EdwardsSenior Vice PresidentFinancial Adviser David is a Senior Vice President at Morgan Stanley who provides the RBB Group its competitive advantage with his research and analytical background and skills.

David joined Morgan Stanley in 2009 and has over 35 years experience in the Finance and Wealth Management industry having held senior advisory roles at UBS, Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank.

David coordinates the development of the group’s model portfolios — this involves deciphering global investment research, and tailoring this information into the investment strategies for the group’s diverse client base.

David holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG. David is also an ASIC Accredited Derivatives Adviser (level II), and is a Senior Fellow of FINSIA.

Chad Brendish, CFP®Senior Vice PresidentFinancial Adviser

Chad is a Senior Vice President at Morgan Stanley who provides highly specialised strategic financial planning and investment advice.

Chad has been in the financial services industry for over 25 years and has held senior advisory roles at UBS, Merrill Lynch and Commonwealth Bank. Chad’s market knowledge and investment skills, on both domestic and global investments, are widely sought after by clients of the RBB Group.

Chad specialises in Self Managed Superannuation Fund investment ma na g ement , w it h a foc u s on providing strategic advice and portfolio management, tailoring each strategy to meet the wealth creation goals and objectives of investors.

Chad is a Certified Financial Planner, an ASIC Accredited Derivatives Adviser (level II), and is also authorised to trade in equities, globally.

Nick BatrouneySenior Vice PresidentFinancial Adviser

Nick is a Senior Vice President at Morgan Stanley advising high net worth private investors, not-for-profit and charitable groups on the full range of investment solutions.

Nick joined Morg a n  St a n ley in 2009 and has over 20 years experience in the Finance and Wealth Management industry having held senior advisory roles with UBS, Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank.

Nick’s expertise focuses on portfolio construction, asset allocation and tailor-made investment portfolios covering all asset classes. Nick provides the RBB Group with its competitive edge through his in-depth experience in both domestic and global equities and options trading.

In addition to his economics degree, majoring in Banking and Finance, Nick is ASIC Accredited in Derivatives (level II) and is authorised to trade in equities, globally.

Arjang TaylorFinancial Adviser

Arjang is a Financial Adviser at Morgan Stanley and focuses on tailoring multi-asset class investment solutions, including portfolio construction and trading strategies.

Arjang joined Morgan Stanley in 2009 and has over 15 years experience in the Finance and Wealth Management industry. He joined the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in his role at Accenture London, and entered the securities industry in 2005. At Lehman Brothers, as an equity sales trader, Arjang deepened his research and analysis skill set, before transitioning to UBS Melbourne in 2007.

Arjang holds a BA (Honours) in Finance and is a member of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (UK). Arjang is also an ASIC Accredited Derivatives Adviser and is authorised to trade securities globally.

David PattersonAssociate Adviser

Since 2007, David has experienced a number of market developments covering many aspects of investment services as part of Morgan Stanley’s Operations team. In 2010, David moved to a role within the RBB Group and is currently a member of Morgan Stanley’s Associate Adviser Program.

David’s contribution to the RBB Group is his intricate knowledge of how markets work — everything from Sponsorship to Clearing and Settlements —  bolsters the group’s ability to deliver excellent client service. David’s move into providing investment advice to clients of the RBB Group is a natural progression based on his talent. David holds a Bachelor of Commerce; an Advanced Diploma of Applied Finance; and a Diploma of Japanese. Additional accreditations include ASIC Accredited Derivatives Adviser (level II), as well as meeting requirements under RG146 in Superannuation, and Margin Lending among others.
