Retrofit Instruction for Downlight

1. Fix the spring to the spring holder of the lamp. Please refer to the being assembled picture in

drawing3.Fix the spring holder( shown in drawing1) to the spring holder at the position of the

lamp(shown in drawing 2)

Attention: please distinguish the two branches of the spring holder and do not install them in

reverse

2. Put the lamp with spring holder inside the hole of the ceiling and stuck the spring holder. Please

refer to drawing 4 and drawing 5.

3. Connect the wires from the lamp itself and the wires from the Driver correctly. Insulated lead is

protected by wire tube or metal hose. There shouldn’t be any nudity of the external wire with Input

Voltage 90-260V AC

4. Check the position of the spring holder and the connection part before connecting 90-260V AC.

Then the lamp can operate normally.

Attention: Do not operate the wires of the driver when power on.

5. If the weight of down light is 3KG or more, suspender must be used to fix it.

Note: Do not install or maintain when power on; Do not change its application or dismantle

without any guidance; Do not operate in humid environment; Man-made sabotage is not included

in our guarantee range.

1. DANGER - RISK OF SHOCK-DISCONNECT POWER BEFORE INSTALLATION.

2. To replace fluorescent light tube with LED light tube, the wiring must be retrofit according

to instruction.

3. To ensure a complete and safe installation of LED light tube, please strictly follows following

installation guideline.

For more than one tube

a: Turn off the power to the light fixture at the breaker panel before installation.

b: Open the diffuser from the light fixture.

c: Remove the fluorescent tubes. Please dispose of these items properly as they contain

mercury.

d: Open the wiring cover to expose the fluorescent ballast.

e: Cut the wires shown as the diagram below. Don’t remove Starter and Ballast, they must be

retained in place.




f: Make the new wire connect to branch circuit shown as the diagram below.

LED lamp pins are at one end, and the other end is not connected to any electrical power and it

serves as means of mechanical support only.




g: Replace the cover over the wiring channel.

h: IMPORTANT: Install the label provided that states " Notice: This luminaire has been

modified and no longer operates Fluorescent Lamps. Use Models NPL-V3L06 / NPL-V3L12

LED self-ballasted lamps for lamp replacement. ", inside the fixture in an easily visible

location to anyone changing lamps, possibly on the cover over the wiring channel.

i: Install the LED tubes, close the diffuser.

j: After all LED Tube retrofit is completed, restore the power at the circuit breaker and turn the

lights on.

Retrofit Instruction for LED Shading Lamp

2. Step 1: Please adjust the on -off switch(Snap switch) and the slide wheel of the shading lamp

to the “off” position.(shown in drawing 1 &3)

the slide wheel to the “on ”position (shown in drawing 4).

Note: The purpose of adjusting the on -off switch is to stuck the switch in the track and the

purpose of adjusting the slide wheel is to stuck the lamp in the track.
