R.D Laing's Knots defies easy description. Is it a psychological essay? A prose poem? Howl of despair? All of the above? What is certain is that Laing's laconic epigrams are nightmarish yet provocative. His adoption of the Jack and Jill nursery rhyme trope was particularly suggestive, so I made this series of one page strips in response sometime in 2009.
