The building

The new complex is a traditional 2 storey building using a concrete slab, timber frame and modern cladding techniques using a mixture of corrugated Colorbond steel feature panels, tinted glass and painted Hardies Scyon “Matrix” board. The building design also incorporates a feature eye catching “blade” on the front of the building and painted in YMH’s corporate colours. The air-conditioned offices can accommodate up to ten employees over the two levels and also incorporates a sales display room and lunch room.

YMH commenced operations in Yarrawonga in 1998 to meet a gap in the market for high end quality Cabins and Manufactured Housing which feel like a home and are “an affordable solution.” Originally the company serviced the parent entities of Lakeside Caravan Park, Sun Country Holiday Village and Albury Lifestyle Village. and didn’t really like a lot of the modern designs being offered, they all look the same.
