Dear Ms. Williams:

Enclosed please find amended Receipts and Expenditures Report for the above referenced dates. In addition I provide you with the following information.

In response to your first letter dated August 2 1,2007 the reported contribution from James Elliott dated S/4/06 in the amount of $1,000 was reported in error. The amount contributed was actually $100. I have included a copy of said check from Mr. Elliott for verification. I have recalculated each page and have adjusted accordingly. Also Schedule B has been corrected to show the in-kind contribution correctly.

With regard to the second letter dated August 21,2007 I have corrected Schedule B and the cover summary page to reflect the loan fiom Bonnie Huy correctly.
