This process is for our current students who wish to return to school for 2017-18 school year. You have 2 options on how to submit your Application for Re-enrollment. Option #1: Online Submission (Requires upload of your proof of residency) The online link for the Application for Re-enrollment is active. Go to our school’s website www.sstcc.org and log into your student’s database account using the parent’s login information. The computer will ask you to insert your child`s first and last name and your email to send you the password for log in. Once you are in the database portal, you will see the link for the re-enrollment under the notifications tab and follow the steps and upload your proof of residency. You will receive a confirmation email that your application for re-enrollment has been received if a valid email address was provided. If you do not intent on re-enrolling your child to campus for the 2017-2018 school year, please fill out the section and submit the form. Estimados padres y tutores,
El periodo de reinscripción comenzara el martes 6 de diciembre y terminara el viernes, 13 de enero de 2017. Este proceso de reinscripción
es para nuestros estudiantes actuales que desean regresar a la escuela para el año escolar 2017-2018.
Usted tiene dos opciones para entregar su solicitud de reinscripción.
Opción #1: Llenar la solicitud por nuestra página web
La solicitud está disponible en nuestra página web
Vaya a www.sstcc.org para acceder la página web de la escuela e ingresar la cuenta de su estudiante usando su nombre
usuario y contraseña.
Si se le olvido el nombre de usuario y contraseña, oprima el botón de “Forgot?” y siga las instrucciones.
Le pedirá que ponga el nombre y apellido de su hijo/a y su correo electrónico para mandarle la contraseña.
Ya que este ingresado en el portal de la escuela “database”, usted va a ver el link para la reinscripción debajo de las notificaciones.
Tendrá la opción de subir su comprobante de domicilio junto con la solicitud o enviarla al registrador de la escuela.
Usted recibirá un correo electrónico de confirmación de que su solicitud se ha recibido si proporciono una dirección de correo
electrónico.
Si no tiene la intención de volver a inscribir a su hijo(s) para el año escolar 2017-2018, por favor llene la sección apropiada y envié
la solicitud.
Opción #2: Llenar la solicitud en persona
Incluido usted encontrara una solicitud de reinscripción para el año 2017-2018. Por favor llene la solicitud y entréguelo al
registrador de su escuela con su comprobante de domicilio actual. Usted recibirá un correo electrónico de confirmación de que su solicitud
se ha recibido si proporciono una dirección de correo electrónico. Si no tiene la intención de volver a inscribir a su hijo(s) para el año
escolar 2017-2018, por favor llene la sección apropiada y envíelo al registrador de su escuela.
Comprobante de domicilio:
Un comprobante de domicilio puede ser una factura de servicios públicos (por ejemplo: electricidad o agua), factura de teléfono
móvil, contrato de arrendamiento, etc. (Usted puede encontrar una lista de comprobantes en la página 11 en el manual del padre e
estudiante). Por favor tome en cuenta que su comprobante debe tener una dirección física, los P.O Boxes no serán aceptados).
Notificación importante: No se aceptaran solicitudes recibidas después del viernes 13 de enero de 2017. Si no recibimos su solicitud de
reinscripción antes del viernes 13 de enero de 2017, su hijo(s) perderá su lugar en la escuela. Los solicitantes que presenten sus solicitudes
más allá del plazo tendrán que volver a aplicar y pasar por el proceso de solicitud de inscripción regular y la lotería.
