This is a credit card product with a line of credit granted by CIMB Bank (“the Bank”) to you. Any amount spent or used on the credit card which is not settled in full on or before the due date will be subject to finance charges. You have to be at least 21 years old to apply for the credit card. You also need to provide us with proof of your annual income but if you cannot provide such proof, we may still give you a credit card if you place a fixed deposit with us for an amount equal to the credit limit granted to you. The fixed deposit must be kept with us for as long as the credit card facility is available to you. 2. What do I get from this product? A Credit Card with a credit limit decided at the Bank’s sole discretion. Payment of Finance Charges You have to pay finance charges at the rates indicated below for amounts owing under the credit card. CIMB Bank Credit Cards

1. What is this product about?

This is a credit card product with a line of credit granted by CIMB Bank (“the Bank”) to you. Any amount spent or

used on the credit card which is not settled in full on or before the due date will be subject to finance charges.

You have to be at least 21 years old to apply for the credit card. You also need to provide us with proof of your

annual income but if you cannot provide such proof, we may still give you a credit card if you place a fixed deposit

with us for an amount equal to the credit limit granted to you. The fixed deposit must be kept with us for as long as

the credit card facility is available to you.

2. What do I get from this product?

A Credit Card with a credit limit decided at the Bank’s sole discretion. Payment of Finance Charges

You have to pay finance charges at the rates indicated below for amounts owing under the credit card.

Retail Transactions 15% Cardholders with prompt payments for 12 consecutive months

17% Cardholders with prompt payment for 10 months or more in the last 12 months

18% Cardholders who do not fall under the above categories

Cash Advances

The maximum cash advance that you can withdraw is subject to your

current available credit limit or up to 60% of your total credit limit,

whichever is lower. The cash advance amount will also be limited to the

daily withdrawal limit of the ATM.

To enjoy lower finance charges for retail transactions, you should make at least 10 prompt payments in the last 12 months.

3. What are my obligations?

Minimum Payments

You have to make the following minimum payments every month:-

(a) 5% of the current balance*; and

(b) 100% of any service tax and any other value added tax imposed; and

(c) 100% of all monthly instalments due for any programmes/arrangements operated by the Bank, including but

not limited to Cashlite, instalment payment plan, balance transfer, balance conversion and auto balance

conversion; and

(d) any other unpaid minimum payments specified in the preceding month’s statement;

or RM50, whichever is higher.

*current balance = retail transactions amount (if any) + cash advance amount (if any) + finance charges and/or late

payment charges, taxes and any other applicable fees and charges (if any).

Finance charges free period

For new retail transactions - if you fully pay all amounts owed on time you enjoy 20 days finance charges free

period from the statement date. However, if you do not fully pay what you owe on time, finance charges on these

retail transactions will be calculated from the day these transactions are posted to your statement.

There is no finance charges free period on balance transfers or cash advances.

Other Obligations

As the principal cardholder, you are liable for all transactions incurred by your supplementary cardholders.

You have to:-

(a) comply with the Bank’s Cardholder Terms and Conditions ;

(b) keep your credit card and PIN secure at all times;

(c) also not:-

- reveal your credit card details or PIN to any other person;

- write down the PIN on the credit card, or on anything kept near the credit card;

- use a PIN selected from your birth date, identity card, passport, driving license or contact numbers;

- allow any other person to use the credit card and PIN;

(d) let the Bank know immediately after:-

- you realise that your credit card has been lost, stolen, or an unauthorised transaction had occurred or

the PIN may have been made known to any other person. You must also within seven (7) calendar days

of the Bank’s request, provide a copy of a police report of the loss and/or theft and/or the disclosure of

the PIN ;

- you receive a short message service (SMS) transaction alert and that transaction was not authorised by

you; or

- any change in your contact number;

(e) make sure you do not use your credit card for any illegal or unlawful activities; and

(f) carefully check your statement and report any discrepancy without delay within 14 calendar days from the

date you receive the statement. Failure to do so may cause you to lose your right to challenge the

discrepancy.

4. What are the fees and charges I have to pay?

Taxes, fees and expenses

You have to pay all taxes (including service tax of RM25 that will be charged upon activation of new principal and

supplementary credit card(s). For existing credit cardholders, service tax of RM25 will be charged upon annual renewal

for each of your principal and supplementary Credit Cards) and all other fees and expenses for credit cards issued to you

or at your request and the Bank may debit these items from your credit card account.

5. What if I fail to fulfil my obligations?

Late payment charges: If you do not make the minimum payment on time, you will be charged late payment charges of

1% on the unpaid balance arising from retail transactions and cash advances, subject to a minimum of RM10.00 and a

maximum of RM100.00.

We may give you a grace period of four (4) calendar days to pay if the payment due date falls on a weekend or a public

holiday.

Right to set-off: We may set-off any credit balance you have with us against any monies you owe us by giving you seven

(7) calendar days prior notice.

Action we may take: We may take court legal action against you if you do not pay us on time. We may but need not:-

call you to remind you to pay the amounts outstanding;

send you reminders by letters, short messaging service or emails; or

have our staff and/or outsourced debt collection agencies personnel visit you at your home or place of business to

remind you of your payment obligations.

We may earmark any monies you may have in any of your accounts with us and exercise our right of set-off on these

monies and/or blacklist your name with any credit agency or bureau or database.

Please also note we have the right to appoint external agents to collect debts due to us and to sell your debt owing to us

to a third party.

Liability for unauthorised transactions:

You will be liable for

a) PIN-based unauthorised transactions if you have:

(i) acted fraudulently; or

(ii) delayed in notifying the Bank as soon as you realise the loss or unauthorised use of your credit card; or

(iii) voluntarily disclosed your PIN to another person; or

(iv) recorded the PIN on the credit card, or on anything kept near your credit card.

b) unauthorised transactions which require signature verification or with a contactless credit card, if you have:

(i) acted fraudulently; or

(ii) delayed in notifying the Bank as soon as you realised the loss or unauthorised use of your credit card; or

(iii) left your credit card or an item containing your credit card unattended, in places visible and accessible to

others; or

(iv) voluntarily allowed another person to use your credit card.

Suspension or termination of credit card

If you don’t pay what you owe us or breach any of the terms of use of the credit card, we may suspend or terminate your

credit card and may decide not to reinstate the credit card even after you regularize your account.

If you use your credit card for any illegal or unlawful purpose (e.g. for on-line gambling purposes, illegal activities, allowing

another person to use the card, etc) we may terminate your credit card.

6. What if I fully settle the balance before its maturity? (For balance transfer or flexi payment plans)

Early settlement penalty: Not Applicable

7. What are the major risks?

If you pay only the minimum amount due, it will take you longer and cost you more to settle the outstanding balance.

Think about your repayment capacity when charging the credit card.

The finance charges imposed on the outstanding balance for this credit card is based on a tiered pricing structure in

accordance to your repayment history.

If you use your credit card to make repayment for other financing, it may cost you more.

If you have problems paying for your credit card balances, contact us in advance to discuss repayment alternatives.

You should notify us immediately after having discovered that the credit card is lost, stolen, an unauthorised transaction

had occurred or the PIN may have been compromised.

It is important that you inform us of any change in your contact details to ensure that all correspondences reach you in a

timely manner.

11. Notice On Paying Only Minimum Monthly Repayment

The following table shows how much finance charges you have to pay and how long it takes to fully repay your debt

where you only pay the minimum amount for different outstanding amount scenarios. The computations are based on

5% minimum payment or RM50, whichever is higher, at a finance charge of 18% provided there are no new transactions.

This calculation is based on 30 days a month.

1. Apakah produk ini?

Ini adalah produk kad kredit dengan kemudahan kredit yang diberikan oleh CIMB Bank (“Bank”) kepada anda.

Sebarang jumlah yang dibelanjakan atau digunakan pada kad kredit yang tidak diselesaikan sepenuhnya pada

atau sebelum tarikh matang akan tertakluk kepada caj kewangan.

Anda dikehendaki berumur sekurang-kurangnya 21 tahun untuk memohon kad kredit. Anda juga dikehendaki

memberi kami bukti pendapatan tahunan anda tetapi sekiranya anda tidak dapat memberikan bukti sedemikan,

kami masih boleh memberikan kepada anda kad kredit jika anda menempatkan simpanan tetap dengan kami untuk

suatu jumlah yang sama dengan had kredit yang diberikan kepada anda. Simpanan tetap tersebut mesti dikekalkan

dengan kami selagi kemudahan kad kredit disediakan kepada anda.

2. Apakah yang boleh saya dapat dari produk ini?

Satu Kad Kredit dengan had kredit yang ditentukan pada budi bicara tunggal Bank. Bayaran Caj Kewangan

Anda dikehendaki membayar caj kewangan pada kadar yang ditunjukkan di bawah bagi jumlah terhutang di bawah

kad credit.

Pendahuluan tunai maksimum yang anda boleh keluarkan adalah tertakluk kepada had kredit sedia ada semasa anda atau sehingga 60% daripada jumlah had kredit anda, yang mana lebih rendah. Jumlah pendahuluan tunai juga akan terhad kepada had pengeluaran ATM.

Untuk menikmati caj kewangan yang lebih rendah bagi transaksi runcit, anda dikehendaki membuat sekurang-kurangnya

10 bayaran segera dalam tempoh 12 bulan yang lalu.

3. Apakah kewajipan saya?

Bayaran Minimum

Anda perlu membuat bayaran minimum berikut setiap bulan:-

(a) 5% daripada baki semasa*; dan (b) 100% daripada sebarang cukai perkhidmatan dan sebarang cukai nilai tambah lain yang dikenakan; dan

(c) 100% daripada semua ansuran bulanan yang kena dibayar untuk mana-mana program/pengaturan yang

dikendalikan oleh Bank, termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada CashLite, pelan pembayaran ansuran, pemindahan

baki, penukaran baki dan penukaran baki automatik; dan

(d) sebarang bayaran minimum lain yang tidak dibayar yang ditentukan dalam penyata bulan sebelumnya;

atau RM50, mana-mana yang lebih tinggi.

*baki semasa = jumlah transaksi runcit (jika ada) + jumlah pendahuluan tunai (jika ada) + caj kewangan dan/atau caj

bayaran lewat, cukai dan sebarang fi dan caj terpakai lain (jika ada).

Tempoh percuma caj kewangan

Bagi transaksi runcit baru – jika anda membayar sepenuhnya semua jumlah yang terhutang tepat pada masanya,

anda boleh menikmati 20 hari tempoh percuma caj kewangan dari tarikh penyata. Walau bagaimanapun, jika anda

tidak membayar sepenuhnya apa yang anda hutang tepat pada masanya, caj kewangan ke atas transaksi runcit ini

akan dikira dari hari transaksi ini diposkan dalam penyata anda.

Tiada tempoh percuma caj kewangan bagi pemindahan baki atau pendahuluan tunai.

Kewajipan Lain

Sebagai pemegang kad utama, anda bertanggungjawab terhadap semua transaksi yang ditanggung oleh pemegang

kad tambahan anda.

Anda dikehendaki:-

(a) mematuhi Terma-Terma dan Syarat-Syarat Pemegang Kad Bank;

(b) menyimpan kad kredit dan PIN anda dengan selamat pada setiap masa;

(c) juga jangan:-

- dedahkan butiran kad kredit atau PIN anda kepada mana-mana orang lain;

- tuliskan PIN di atas kad kredit, atau pada apa-apa yang disimpan berdekatan dengan kad kredit;

- gunakan PIN yang dipilih dari tarikh kelahiran, kad pengenalan, pasport, lesen memandu atau nombor

perhubungan anda;

- benarkan mana-mana orang lain menggunakan kad kredit dan PIN;

(d) memberitahu Bank dengan segera selepas:-

- anda menyedari bahawa kad kredit anda telah hilang, dicuri, atau transaksi yang tidak diberi kuasa telah

dilakukan atau PIN mungkin telah diketahui oleh mana-mana orang lain. Anda juga mesti dalam masa tujuh

(7) hari kalendar atas permintaan Bank, memberikan sesalinan laporan polis tentang kehilangan dan/atau

kecurian dan/atau pendedahan PIN;

- anda menerima amaran transaksi khidmat pesanan ringkas (SMS) dan transaksi tersebut tidak diberi kuasa

oleh anda; dan

- sebarang perubahan pada nombor perhubungan anda;

(e) pastikan anda tidak menggunakan kad kredit anda untuk sebarang aktiviti haram atau menyalahi undang-

undang; dan

(f) menyemak dengan teliti penyata anda dan melaporkan sebarang percanggahan tanpa berlengah dalam 14 hari

kalendar dari tarikh anda menerima penyata. Kegagalan untuk berbuat demikian boleh menyebabkan anda

kehilangan hak anda untuk mencabar percanggahan tersebut.

4. Apakah fi dan caj yang perlu saya bayar?

Cukai, fi dan perbelanjaan

Anda dikehendaki membayar semua cukai (termasuk cukai perkhidmatan RM25 yang akan dikenakan selepas pengaktifan kad kredit utama dan tambahan baru. Bagi pemegang kad kredit sedia ada, cukai perkhidmatan RM25 akan dikenakan pada masa pembaharuan tahunan bagi setiap Kad Kredit utama dan tambahan anda) dan semua fi dan perbelanjaan lain bagi kad kredit dikeluarkan kepada anda atau atas permintaan anda dan Bank boleh mendebit benda-benda ini dari akaun kad kredit anda.

5. Bagaimana jika saya gagal memenuhi kewajipan saya?

Caj bayaran lewat: Jika anda tidak membuat bayaran minimum tepat pada masanya, anda akan dikenakan caj bayaran

lewat 1% ke atas baki yang tidak dibayar yang timbul daripada transaksi-transaksi runcit dan pendahuluan-pendahuluan

tunai, tertakluk kepada minimum RM10.00 dan maksimum RM100.00.

Kami boleh memberikan kepada anda tempoh tangguh selama empat (4) hari kalendar untuk membayar jika tarikh

matang bayaran jatuh pada hujung minggu atau cuti umum.

Hak tolakan: Kami boleh menolak sebarang baki kredit yang anda ada dengan kami dengan sebarang wang yang anda

terhutang kepada kami dengan memberikan kepada anda notis terdahulu tujuh (7) hari kalendar.

Tindakan yang boleh kami ambil: Kami boleh mengambil tindakan undang-undang terhadap anda jika anda tidak

membayar kami tepat pada masanya. Kami boleh tetapi tidak semestinya:-

menghubungi anda untuk mengingatkan anda supaya membayar jumlah tertunggak;

menghantar peringatan kepada anda melalui surat, khidmat pesanan ringkas atau emel; atau

menghantar kakitangan kami dan/atau kakitangan agensi pungutan hutang yang disumber luar untuk melawat anda

di rumah atau tempat perniagaan anda untuk mengingatkan anda tentang tanggungjawab pembayaran anda.

Kami boleh memperuntukkan sebarang wang yang anda mungkin miliki dalam mana-mana akaun anda dengan kami

dan melaksanakan hak kami untuk menolak wang tersebut dan/atau menyenaraihitamkan nama anda dengan mana-

mana agensi atau biro atau pangkala data kredit.

Sila ambil perhatian juga bahawa kami mempunyai hak untuk melantik ejen luar untuk mengutipkan hutang yang kena

dibayar kepada kami dan menjual hutang anda yang terhutang kepada kami kepada pihak ketiga.

Tanggungjawab untuk transaksi yang tidak diberi kuasa:

Anda akan bertanggungjawab untuk

a) transaksi tidak diberi kuasa berdasarkan PIN jika anda telah:

(i) bertindak secara penipuan;

(ii) lewat dalam memberitahu Bank sebaik sahaja anda menyedari kehilangan atau penggunaan tanpa diberi

kuasa kad kredit anda; atau

(iii) secara sukarela mendedahkan PIN anda kepada orang lain; atau

(iv) merekodkan PIN pada kad kredit, atau pada apa-apa yang disimpan berdekatan atau dengan kad kredit

anda.

b) transaksi tidak diberi kuasa yang memerlukan pengesahan tandatangan atau dengan kad kredit tanpa sentuhan,

jika anda telah:

(i) bertindak secara penipuan;

(ii) lewat dalam memberitahu Bank sebaik sahaja anda menyedari kehilangan atau penggunaan tanpa diberi

kuasa kad kredit anda; atau

(iii) meninggalkan kad kredit anda atau barang yang mengandungi kad kredit anda tanpa pengawasan, di

tempat yang boleh dilihat dan diakses oleh orang lain; atau

(iv) secara sukarela membenarkan orang lain menggunakan kad kredit anda.

Penggantungan atau penamatan kad kredit

Sekiranya anda tidak membayar apa yang anda hutang kepada kami atau melanggar mana-mana terma-terma

penggunaan kad kredit, kami boleh menggantung atau menamatkan kad kredit anda dan boleh membuat keputusan

untuk tidak mengembalikan semula kad kredit walaupun selepas anda menyelaraskan akaun anda.

Sekiranya anda menggunakan kad kredit anda untuk sebarang tujuan haram atau menyalahi undang-undang (contohnya

untuk tujuan perjudian dalam talian, aktiviti haram, membenarkan orang lain menggunakan kad kredit, dan sebagainya)

kami boleh menamatkan kad kredit anda.

6. Bagaimanakah jika saya menyelesaikan baki dengan sepenuhnya sebelum tarikh matangnya? (Bagi pelan pemindahan baki atau bayaran flexi)

7. Apakah risiko utama?

Jika anda hanya membayar jumlah minimum yang kena dibayar, ia akan mengambil masa yang lebih lama dan kos yang

lebih banyak untuk menyelesaikan baki tertunggak. Fikirkan tentang keupayaan pembayaran balik anda apabila

mengecaj kad kredit.

Caj kewangan yang dikenakan ke atas baki tertunggak bagi kad kredit ini berdasarkan struktur penetapan harga bertahap

menurut sejarah pembayaran balik anda.

Jika anda menggunakan kad kredit anda untuk melakukan pembayaran balik bagi pembiayaan lain, ia mungkin lebih

mahal.

Jika anda menghadapi masalah membayar baki kad kredit anda, hubungi kami terlebih dahulu untuk menbincangkan

alternatif pembayaran balik

Anda perlu memaklumkan kepada kami dengan serta-merta setelah mendapati bahawa kad kredit anda telah hilang,

dicuri, transaksi yang tidak diberi kuasa telah berlaku atau PIN mungkin telah dikompromi.

8. Apakah yang perlu saya lakukan sekiranya terdapat perubahan pada butir-butir hubungan saya?

Ia adalah penting bagi anda memaklumkan kepada kami sebarang perubahan pada butiran perhubungan anda untuk

memastikan semua surat-menyurat sampai kepada anda tepat pada masanya.

11. Notis Sekiranya Anda Membuat Bayaran Bulanan Minimum Sahaja

Jadual di bawah menunjukkan jumlah caj kewangan bagi senario jumlah tertunggak yang berbeza yang anda perlu bayar

dan tempoh yang diambil untuk membayar balik hutang anda sepenuhnya jika anda hanya membayar jumlah minimum.

Pengiraan adalah berdasarkan bayaran minimum 5% atau RM50, yang mana lebih tinggi, dengan caj kewangan 18%

dengan syarat bahawa tiada transaksi baru. Pengiraan ini adalah berdasarkan tempoh 30 hari sebulan.
