We’re here for one purpose: to help international brands and
agencies connect with consumers in the Middle East on a
level never imagined, providing over-the-shoulder insight
into these people’s lives through immersive documentaries.
We don’t just tell you about the research data—we show the
real state of a�airs.
Our clients range from global brands to fellow startups, and
their (desired) customers are the people we live and work
with every day. We specialize in innovative ethnographic
investigations, deep-diving into what makes this community
tick and revealing the answers through the most
cutting-edge visual technologies available. Welcome to the

Consumer research in the Middle East is
notoriously plagued by quality issues, includ-
ing poor recruitment, substandard moderation,
and cultural barriers that lead the consumer to
say what they think researchers want, rather
than provide any actual insight. International
clients are none the wiser, and local clients
have accepted this as the status quo.
We are disruptors.
We want to understand why people do the
things they do, and we get a kick out of
connecting the dots. If it sounds like
it would be impossible for us to provide
assembly-line style services to our
clients—that’s because it is.
At Real., we don’t believe that one size �ts all.
We’re re-inventing the wheel. As we passionate-
ly �nd greater and greater levels of insight for
our clients, we’re constantly �nding better ways

We don't really like normal client-agency
relationships, or �nd them particularly useful to

for unparalled service. Where multi-national
corporations can be bound by a one-size-�ts all
approach, we can scale appropriately (and how
you want) in order to achieve the results you

ObservationTo see is to know, and to know yields our signature Real. results.
With years of �eld-experience under our collective belts, we’ve made a
shocking discovery: focus groups don’t work here. Respondents will say
whatever they think the moderator wants to hear. We prefer to concen-
trate our e�ort on peer groups in an in-home visit. Consumers �nds it
much easier to talk about their experiences amongst friends and family
in a familiar setting. Qualitative assessments of our observations are
handled by our network of trusted suppliers across the region.
