Connecting the Dots with Big Brothers Big Sisters

Collective Impact is frequently about “Connecting the Dots.” This too is a mantra of Gale Nelson, President, Big Brother Big Sisters Miami. Hosting DEOA was a win-win situation. Staff and community partners particpated in a two-day training and receive a wonderful tour of this amazing facility. Mr. Nelson was so impressed with the work being done that he agreed to host the Annual DEOA Collective Networking Breakfast and hope to connect the dots with other DEOA initiatives.

Mr. Diaz brings greetings to the participants. Collegial dialogue among MDCPS, DJJ and MDCJSD staff.
