All Governments

diversi ed uguali
The right to be

ogni bambino ha diritto
ad una ad una casa

But children aren’t objects and parents are not their owners!
Ogni bambino ha diritto a crescere
Every child has the right
to grow up
Garantire la sopravvivenza
e il sano sviluppo di ogni bambino
è un obbligo per tutti gli
Stati del Mondo!
Vouching for the survival
and the healthy growth of each child
is a duty for Governments all over
the World!
Cibo e acqua potabile
Per troppi bambini sono cose tutt’ altro che scontate
Food and drinking water
For too many children things are not taken for granted

se non si costruisce
if we don’t build
se non si aiutano i bambini a ritrovare la speranza del futuro
if we don’t help the children to find hope for a better future
La guerra rischia di non finire
There is the risk that war will continue
Mai !
Never !
La pioggia del domani laverà via le macchie di sangue
niente proviene dalla violenza
e niente trae origine da essa
Tomorrow’s rains will wash the stains away
nothing comes from violence
and nothing could be born from her
per tutti coloro che sono nati sotto una stella di rabbia
Non dimentichiamo quanto
siamo fragili for all those born beneath an angry star
Don’t we forget how
fragile we are
sempre la pioggia cadrà
sempre la pioggia dirà
quanto siamo fragili
come lacrime da una stella
come siamo fragili !
S t i n g
on and on the rain will fall
like tears from a star
on and on the rain will say
how fragile we are !
