Objectives

• To develop skills for conflict management and communication

• Personal development through photography and nonformal activities

• To increase the awareness regarding the job opportunities

• Initial Training Course – one week

• Photo-voice Exhibition:

“ReBorn in Jail”

one month activity

support from coaches (photogphers experts )

present the exhibition in community, in jail and invite the press

• Living library – one day

Facilitate the meeting between youth and people that succeed after the jail

Working with

volunteers from

Sending pictures instead of letters (post-cards made by them)

• Personal development (self-esteem, communication, conflict management, team-work, respect, creativity)

• Reduce the conflicts among target group (anti-bullying measures)

• Offer a diploma to recognize their skills

• Increase the awareness of the community about the problems of target group

Budget

• 1 year project: 15.500 euro

– Youth in Action Initiative, Local Autorities or Structural Funds

• Initial Training Course – one week: 3000 euro

• Photo-voice Exhibition: 5000 euro

“ReBorn in Jail” one month activity

• Living library – one day: 1000 euro

• Photo-post – 4 months: 2500 euro

• Promotion, dissemination, staff: 4000 euro
