We talked about digitisation, digitalisation, digital transformation, technological innovation, and so on. The speakers did an excellent job in providing us with the theoretical and practical background on these terms. But what came to my mind several times during that event was this: we can preach theory as much as we want, share practical examples as much as we want, but the key part is the shift in mindset that we need to encourage and embrace.
