From: John Rogers [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Thursday, April 20, 2017 9:34 AM To: Arjmandi, Masoud Cc: Sandra Blanton; Brandon Richardson Subject: RE: Clark County Landfill 0044-S4 Vertical Expansion (North Cell) CQA Document Amendment (B&F No. 7-2782-0105) Masoud, Please see the attachments and comment below to serve as an addendum to the Clark County Landfill Vertical Expansion CQA Document. 1. The attached Figure No. 4 has been revised to show survey points of subgrade and final cover to demonstrate minimum 18” thick constructed liner. 2. Stormwater flowline indicators have been added to both figure Nos. 2 and 4 to demonstrate water conveyance to the stormwater pond. 3. There are 4 sieve analysis in the CQA report that demonstrate greater than 30% passing the number 200 sieve. Additionally, we have attached 2 more sets of test that document the soil material utilized for the landfill liner construction. 4. The County Judge’s office is forwarding the Financial Assurance mechanisms to Ms. Susan Speake. Please let me know if you need any additional information for your review and approval.
