What’s the purpose of
this integration?
To get to know your Pathlight friends and to understand them
and to eventually exchange contact details and to develop
friendships beyond integration.

They have a condition called Autism. They are no different from
you but have different abilities.

They are keen to make friends but sometimes find it difficult due to
their condition.

managed in an autism-friendly environment with good outcome.

• Each class will be scheduled to go to Pathlight for 2 days.
• While another class will be scheduled to host the Pathlighers for 2 days.
• Lessons will be conducted regarding the Pathlight Integration in your class.
Points to Note
Students going over to Pathlight for recess
• To assemble 5 minutes before recess and you will walk over to Pathlight with your teacher.
•Behave well and do greet the Pathlight staff.

•Listen to your teachers’ instructions.
• After eating your food, you will join in the activities that have been planned for you. Play together with the Pathlighters

• NOT ALLOWED to have any takeaways from the Pathlight Sch Canteen as the amount of food prepared is just adequate.

• NOT ALLOWED to bring any souvenirs such as glass bottles back from the Pathlight Sch Canteen as they can pose as dangerous weapons if they fall into the wrong hands.

Students going over to Pathlight for recess
• NOT ALLOWED to take any equipment like soccer balls, etc back to TVPS
• When recess is over, walk in an orderly manner back to TVPS with your teacher.

Students hosting the Pathlighters
• To assemble 5 minutes before recess and you will wait at the link way (between Pathlight & TVPS) with your teacher to welcome the Pathlight students.

• Walk with them to the canteen and buy your food. You will have about 15 minutes to eat.
• Then proceed to the hall to play the games that your teachers have planned.
