PAPAYA MASH
Ingredients: 1 papaya 4 tablespoons fresh milk or 2 tablespoons soya mash Preparation Take a slice of ripe papaya. Remove pips and skin. Mash it in bowl or on plate. Add and mix 4 big spoonfuls of milk or 2 big spoonfuls of soya mash. Serve to infant or child.
NOTE:
Soyabean mash Is the pounded soyabeans that are left over after making soyabean
milk or use cooked soyabeans that are well pounded.
