SHINING STAR RECOGNITION PROGRAM
MODUS OPERANDI
Identification of good work done to be done by superior. (Ref.Annexure A for guidelines).
Superior informs the HR regarding the nomination.
All such nominations should reach the HR department by 5 th of
preceding month. (Ref. Nomination form)
HR gives the nomination for scrutiny of Committee comprising of
Core DMC.
Core DMC approves the nomination and forwards for processing.
This should happen before 7th of the same month.
Before the 10th
of the month HR should disburse the recognitionaward to the employee.
Department Head to honor the nominee in front of his team
members/ or in open area.
