1. Candidates filling in the competence scan;

Output = 7 real learning opportunities- All 7 scans provide a 71-100% score on generic level.- All 7 scans give scores between 71-100% of relevant
experiences for the specific Bachelor-profiles.- Next step = scoring the volunteering experiences for a
shortened Bachelor-programme.- 2nd next step: turning volunteering into a qualified
teacher-career.

housewife• Extra: volunteering in local Amnesty International, active at

• Her question: a need for re-employment
• Regional: in general, there are economic opportunities are in healthcare, education and child-care.
