INTRODUCTION This is a summary of eight days field observations, 27 October to 3 November 2011, and assay results from 29 rock samples. The work was facilitated greatly by the superb field assistance and water navigation of Lloyd Quedent, who has lived and worked many years on the Woman River waterway and connecting lakes. Access to the Goodall and Jackson-Manion (Dent Township) prospects was by motorboat from Woman River Camp, a daily commute of 1 to 1.5 hours each way. The author personally collected, labeled, sealed and delivered the samples to Garry Clark, President of Clark Exploration & Consulting Inc., Thunder Bay, Ontario. Assaying was conducted by ALS Chemex in Thunder Bay. Figure 1 relates assay results to sample description and general location. The initial plan, to examine selected sites of past prospecting and to confirm structural features favourable to mineralization in other areas away from shorelines, was not practical with the presently dense forest, thick moss/lichen outcrop cover and seasonally short daylight. Exploration recommendations are offered below, followed by a summary of the present observations and sampling results. *********************************************************************************************************************

EXPLORATION RECOMMENDATIONS

To warrant drilling, areas require small programs of manual or light-mechanical stripping and prospecting to confirm their mapped or reported favourable geological characteristics. SURFACE EXPLORATION PRIORITIES: Refer to Observations and Sampling section for details. The present sampling did not yield detectable gold. Several samples contained some gold-associated elements in locally geochemically anomalous amounts. Goodall #1 The previously recorded gold occurrence (to 5.111 ppm) requires confirmation by thorough prospecting, with adequate staff and time for systematic manual stripping. Goodall #4 The observed pyritic-quartz shear zone assayed anomalous Mn, Hg, Sb and Zn and may be the northern extremity of the much wider (3x) and longer (5x) stockworks veins of the historical record. The observed shear zone did not yield detectable gold. More complete exposure of its length and additional sampling are required for a complete surface evaluation of this prospect. Thorough prospecting to the south should reveal and sample the historical prospect. Goodall #2 & 3 These remaining areas also require further surface exploration before drilling consideration. Prospecting should focus on sufficient stripping to examine the stratigraphic and structural contacts identified in previous mapping and outlined in the literature review. *********************************************************************************************************************

2011 OBSERVATIONS AND SAMPLING GOODALL PROPERTY 1) Northwest Area; west of northwest bay Woman Lake, claim 4241777:

Page 3: Reconnaissance Field Review and Sampling...Fortune Tiger Resources Skinner, Goodall and Jackson-Manion Properties Northwestern Ontario Reconnaissance Field Review and Sampling 27 October

Area traversed unsuccessfully, heavy cover, structural and lithological details obscured. Sulphide mineralization not observed. Several overgrown/filled old pits noted; one pit sample (Fig.1: #..819; Photo Go68) yielded anomalous arsenic, 81.1 ppm, in a rusty vfg chlorite>sericite schist with trace pyrite. The mapped fault occupies a swampy linear. A 1.2 km E-W pyritic fault, concordant to mafic and intermediate flows and clastic sediments transects the area. A felsic pyroclastic interval is at its west end and pits and trenches are at the east end, from Woman Lake to 300 m west. A “siliceous sulphide bed” to 18 m width and 76 m length is adjacent to the south side of the fault. A single chip sample by Pryslak (1972) across four metres of disseminated pyrite and seams of massive pyrite and minor pyrrhotite yielded nil gold, zinc and copper and trace silver. Grab samples by Noramco (Parker & Atkinson, 1992, p.223-224) yielded 114 to 5111 ppb gold and a drill hole intersected 12 m of 180 ppb gold in pyritic quartz breccia (Noramco, 1987b). The entire length of siliceous sulphide occurrence remains to be tested. 2) Southwest Area; claim 4241780: Unsuccessfully traversed southwest to transect structures and check mapped pyrite showings. Structural and lithological details obscured by heavy cover (Photo Go41). One shoreline sample (Fig.1: #..818; Photo Go49) of cross foliated sericite>chlorite schist, trace pyrite and strong limonite-ankerite alteration assayed anomalous barium and phosphorous. The area is a complex intersecting structural transition from locally N-NW intermediate to felsic volcanic stratigraphy, including interflow sediments, of the Shanty Bay domain to the E-NE foliation and fractures of the Swain Lake Deformation Zone. The latter contains E-NE pyritic gabbro lenses. Vanco Exploration of Ontario Ltd. (1970) mapped the area as part of their larger property to the southwest. They reported only minor accessory mineralization of pyrite and pyrrhotite. 3) Central Area; northeast land part of claim 4241778, west shore Woman Lake: Inland area not traversed, structural and lithological details obscured by heavy cover. Discovered unreported (?) saw-cut sampling on an outcrop surface exposed by low water level of Woman Lake. Chip sampled saw-cut edge across the contact of one of two large (1

+ m wide) boudins of quartz-sericite-

siderite schist (brown carbonate surface). The boudins are enclosed by dense phyllitic schist: vfg, dark green-black chlorite, minor biotite and talc. Anomalous assays of 3040 and 4570 ppm manganese occur in both schists and elevated phosphorous in the boudin. (Fig.1: #..820 & 821; Photos Go59, 71, 73) E-NE fault cluster within SLDZ, crosscuts intermediate pyroclastic stratigraphy; one chalcopyrite occurrence; no exploration record. 4) Southeast Area, north end of large island (Eagle Island) in Woman Lake, claim 4241781: The northern tip of the island contains a low outcrop area with an intensely foliated shear zone exposed intermittently over 35 m strike length. The southern end of the outcrop area contains the possible remnants of a filled shaft. The shear zone is subvertical, 30 to 40 cm wide and strikes 060° to 070°. It contains discontinuous, folded and (some) zoned fg grey quartz veins to 2 cm wide and disseminated fg pyrite in a vfg brown ankerite matrix, with numerous pale green-yellow epidote-sericite fractures. The shear zone cuts felsic lapilli tuff (040/90). This shear zone-vein system is not the distinctive stockworks of north-striking, sulphide-bearing quartz veins to 1.2 m wide and 180 m long, described by Bruce (1929a, p.36; 1929b). Anomalous assays in the in situ samples include 3460 & 3970 ppm manganese, 0.62 ppm mercury, 6.26 ppm antimony and 315 ppm zinc. (Fig.1: #..815-817; Photos Go6, 10, 27, 30, 36) *********************************************************************************************************************
