Minutes were distributed January 28 and posted to napasco.org then also. Thanks go to
your Web guy Big Jim for vetting the minutes and once again assisting me with technical
difficulties.

ADMIN REPORT:
Chair, Vice Chair and Secretary went to BB&T Friday January 25th and updated the Area
bank account. The 501(C3) info included and the Vice Chair added as a signing
authority. We did not have to open an new account or get new checks.

SUBCOMMITTEE REPORTS RCM:
In regards to the Florida Service Symposium.
I have reserved 2 rooms for Friday and Saturday.
They have been reserved with area card.
1 room for men.
1 room for women.
We will be reimbursed on Sunday evening at the close of Region.
The dates are March 23-24 2019
Please look at the attached flyer for list of activities.
Please be aware that some of the events do cost money.
We also have a new area: Coquina Coast
It is located midway between St. Augustine and Daytona beach.
First Coast has asked Region to do a workshop on 501C3.
Maybe something we could use?
I passed in the volunteer sheet to FRCNA Chair.
They were excited to have the help.
Attached is a report from the RSO. It is an explanation of the financial loss and what is
being done about it.
Tthe vote needs to done on our Regional Budget (attached).

Book drive collected $208.00 at Unity Day. SASTO group donated 11 books today at
Area. We tabled rotation until next meeting due to low attendance post Unity Day. H&I
jail went well and $100 was collected and turned in to the Unity Day Treasurer.

PR needs a list of all H&I meetings so we can keep the inventory of meeting lists in
