Dick Schlott, Chief Executive OfficerWith over 40 years in the real estate business, Dick Schlott is a well known and highly regarded professional in the industry. He founded Schlott Realtors in 1971, and grew it to 140 offices and 4,500 salespeople across 5 States, with over $7 Billion in sales. Schlott also developed the Home Mortgage Network, before selling Schlott Realtors to Coldwell Banker in the early 1990s.

Schlott then ran the ERA Franchise system, until its sale to Cendant in the mid 1990s. He then moved on to develop GMAC Home Services, and served as President and CEO from the late 1990s through early 2001. During this time, one of the purchases he made for the company was that of Gloria Nilson Realtors.

After leaving GMAC, Schlott purchased The Bernards Inn in Bernardsville, NJ.

However, Schlott’s dedication to the real estate business could not keep him away for long, and he is once again involved with a company he helped grow, in an industry he knows so well.

Patricia S. Bell, PresidentPat Bell joined GMAC Real Estate as Senior Vice President in 1999. Soon thereafter, in 2000, GMAC acquired Gloria Nilson Realtors of New Jersey and appointed Ms. Bell as the President and CEO of what is now Gloria Nilson GMAC Real Estate. Shortly after this acquisition, Ms. Bell was also selected to be the President and CEO of GMAC Real Estate’s New England Company EMRE with over 60 offices in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Ms. Bell continued this dual presidency until November 2004 at which time she resigned her position as CEO of EMRE in an effort to place a greater focus on the growth and expansion of Gloria Nilson, which now is comprised of 16 offices and over 600 sales associates with sales volume of $1.8 billion.

Prior to joining GMAC Real Estate, Ms. Bell owned her own real estate company in Princeton Junction, N.J. for 10 years, which she sold to Schlott Realtors in 1985. Subsequent to the sale, she remained as manager leading the Princeton Junction Branch to become one of the top producing offices in the Schlott organization. In 1991 Schlott Realtors was purchased by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and Ms. Bell was soon named Regional Vice President. In 1999, after her territory became one of the top 10 country-wide Coldwell Banker regions, she was promoted to Senior Vice President.

Pat Bell is a member of The Board of Regents, which is the governing body of luxuryrealestate.com, an exclusive network of the world’s most elite luxury real estate brokers.

Gary Foulks, Regional Vice PresidentGary Foulks joined Gloria Nilson Realtors in 1998 as the branch manager for the company’s Holmdel Office. Gloria Nilson Realtors was subsequently purchased by GMAC Real Estate in 2000. In 2001 Mr. Foulks was appointed Regional Vice President of what is now Gloria Nilson GMAC Real Estate. In 2004, Mr. Foulks was honored as the recipient of GMAC Real Estate’s Premier Service Award.

Mr. Foulks has been a member of the National, State and Monmouth County Board of Realtors since 1969 and in 1972 was the youngest sales associate to receive his broker designation in the state of New Jersey.

Prior to his joining Gloria Nilson, Mr. Foulks was the owner of his own real estate company, Foulks Preston Agency, for 20 years. During his real estate career thus far he has served as Director of the Monmouth County Board of Realtors and has Chaired both the Ethics and Realtors Risk Committees for the Board.

Pat Renner, Business DevelopmentPat Renner returned to Gloria Nilson GMAC in 2009 as Director of Business Development, having previously worked here as the Relocation Director from 1994-1996. Ms. Renner is responsible for managing the expansion of business services.

Having been in the real estate industry for most of her life, Renner’s expertise includes recruiting and training of staff, and helping business divisions to increase profitability while maximizing customer service. Renner has been licensed since 1982, and currently holds a New Jersey Broker’s license as well as a real estate instructor license. Her prior business positions include directorship of a multi-State real estate licensing school, successful real estate sales agent, manager of several relocation divisions and office manager.

Kathleen F. Addis, Relocation CoordinatorPrior to joining the Corporate Relocation Department, Kathleen was in property management in northern New Jersey, and in the Princeton Office as a sales associate. Kathleen brings more than twenty years of business, sales and marketing experiences to her current position as Relocation Coordinator. She spent several years on Wall Street in institutional sales, and in corporate sales and training with the Dale Carnegie Institute.

Kathleen is dedicated to providing Premier Service to our corporate clients and to our agents. As her main responsibility, Kathleen works closely with the relocation-trained agents in our 16 offices, to assist them in competing for corporate listings.

Meryl L. MosackWith 20 years of sales and marketing experience, Meryl has a wealth of knowledge in sales training and real estate sales. She developed and facilitates business skills courses for both new and experienced agents and she created the company’s new hire training program “100 Days to Real Estate Success.”.

Prior to joining Gloria Nilson GMAC Real Estate, Meryl worked as a trainer for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and as a Career Development Director for Weidel Realtors. She is also a licensed Broker Salesperson in New Jersey. In addition to her training responsibilities, Meryl also handles P.R. and luxury marketing for the company.

At Gloria Nilson GMAC Real Estate, our goal is to equip every sales associate with the tools necessary to become a successful real estate professional. Our professional staff in the Training Department will assist both new and experienced agents to develop their business and cultivate long-term relationships with customers. In addition, they will provide the knowledge and confidence needed to quickly begin earning money in the real estate business.

Ongoing Business and Technology Skills workshops are offered regularly to both new and experienced sales associates, at no cost to the agents.

Cathy EakleCathy Eakle joined Gloria Nilson GMAC Real Estate in 1999 and is currently the firm’s Technical Training Development Manager. Previously, Cathy was the Lead Regional Trainer with Computer City for the Central New Jersey Area and was responsible for training the company’s software instructors as well as the corporate and public sector clientele. From 1989 through 1993 she was a free-lance contributor for WordPerfect Magazine. In 2001, Cathy was one of the GMAC Real Estate Best of Show winners for her Computerized Marketing Note Cards in the New Technology Marketing category.

Sharon DiMonacoSharon joined Gloria Nilson GMAC Real Estate in 2005 with a strong background in marketing and design. Sharon oversees the advertising, internet marketing and the design of all company marketing and collateral materials.

Sharon facilitates the company’s relationships with strategic marketing partners and all areas of marketing support, to ensure that Gloria Nilson GMAC’s marketing resources are the highest quality of anyone in the industry. In 2007, her aggressive marketing of glorianilson.com, resulted in substantial gain in traffic ranking for our site that was recognized by the web metrics company Hitwise, and reported in the real estate technology news site, Inman News.

Newly Licensed Sales AssociatesFor the newly licensed sales associate we offer a unique, comprehensive training program - “100 Days to Real Estate Success”. By combining both classroom instruction and activity-based projects, “100 Days to Real Estate Success” is designed to integrate the new agent into both the lucrative world of real estate as well as into the Gloria Nilson GMAC family.

The program spans the course of 100 Days and incorporates ongoing real estate activities with monthly classroom sessions, weekly coaching and “On Demand” training courses.
