Raepak, a company devoted to the Global supply of packaging for liquids, innovation and supporting our clients to ‘be remarkable’.
We have once again pushed the boundaries and can now offer a 100% recyclable dispensing pump range. Facilitating the opportunity for brand owners to add value to the circular economy and raise their own green credentials to a new level.
All of the dispensers within this catalogue are confirmed by independent recycling specialists to be 100% recyclable.
The use of these dispensers with appropriate bottles ensures packing can be Widely Recycled.
The Lotion pumps, Top dispensers and Cream pumps are manufactured using a heavy polypropylene bias and retain their green credentials when utilised with bottles made from:
i. High-density polyethylene (HDPE) or Polypropylene (PP).

When the dispensers are utilised in conjunction with these bottle materials, during recycling they will be sorted into the PE/PP stream before washing and will continue to be recycled within this stream through the full cycle.
ii. Polyethylene terephthalate (PET).
RAEPAK DISPENSING PUMPS + PET BOTTLES
When the dispensers are utilised in conjunction with this bottle material, during recycling the complete unit will be sorted initially into the PET stream and then further sorted into the PE/PP and PET streams within the washing process. The two material types will then continue the full recycling process within their appropriate stream.
The Airless containers are also manufactured using heavy polypropylene bias.
i. During recycling the Airless Containers will be sorted into the PE/PP stream before washing and will continue to be recycled within this stream through the full cycle.
