History

Redi-Rock was developed some 20 years ago in the USA with now over 300 producers North America-wide. It is backed by this experience & 12 US Patents and 2 EU Patents, on-line & in-house design capabilities - offering you PI (Professional Indemnity). It is produced in 2 locations in the UAE.

Freestanding Block Series

The Freestanding range are a double sided block that work by themselves or in conjunction with the Retaining range. Texture on 2 or 3 sides

Retaining Block Series

Specification : Minimum strength : 4000 psi at 28 days Block weights up to 1,550 kg

The Retaining range is avialable in a variety of depths : 720mm / 1030mm / 1520mm. This allows the correct size of block to be specified.

Space does not allow more than a taste of our 20+ years’ plus experience !

Here the blocks were coloured to suit the local conditions and stone colour & planter blocks were used at 4 blocks high to improve the aesthetics.

Due to the flexibility of our system the curves and 90 degree corners were all produced from standard blocks. This is a big advantage as the wall can be modified during construction without the manufacture of specialist components.

Installation

Redi-Rock blocks are easy to install - with only 30 cm. of crushed rock footing. They fit together dry with the top “knobs” fitting in corresponding grooves in the base of the block above. Normally no Geogrid is required. A 4- 5 man team should install ca. 150 m2 of wall per day. Also the wall could even be moved if future plans change !
