Booking Agreement
BOOKING AGREEMENT CONDITIONS, POLICY, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following Booking Agreement must be signed by the client as acceptance of the outlined terms
and condition. Each page of the booking agreement requires initialing. Redland Bay Golf Club will be
referred to as RBGC in this document.
TENTATIVE BOOKINGSA tentative booking will be held for a period of seven (7) days unless an enquiry is made about this
date, in which case you will be notified by us. Management reserves the right to cancel any unsecured
booking without notice after this time if confirmation has not been received.
SECURE YOUR BOOKINGThis agreement must be signed and returned within seven (7) days along with the appropriate deposit
cost to secure your booking which will constitute your deposit. If your agreement and deposit are not
received in that time, Management reserve the right to re-allocate the room.
CREDIT CARD AUTHORITYCredit card authority is required to consolidate any additional charges or outstanding payments.
FINAL NUMBERSFinal numbers are required fourteen (14) working days prior to your event
DAMAGES/INDEMNITYWhere a function has created additional cleaning over and above the normal cleaning a cleaning fee
may apply. Please note that the organiser is financially responsible for any damage to RBGC property/
equipment and any third party items hired on your behalf. Under no circumstances are items to be
glued, pined or attached to the property without prior permission. RBGC will take all reasonable care
with client/guests & third party property, however will not accept any responsibility for damages to, or
loss of items whilst within the venue. Where matters beyond the control of RBGC Management impair
or prevent RBGC from performing its obligations under the event order, RBGC and management will be
released from all liabilities.
SECURITYRedland Bay Golf Club reserves the right to hire security for all functions. It is recommended all functions
over 80 guests hire security in the event of misconduct. Redland Bay Golf Club will hire security and all
costs will be charged to the organisers.
PRICINGEvery effort is made to maintain prices as printed, however these may be subject to change without
notice.
PHOTOGRAPHYRedland Bay Golf Club reserves the right to have your function photographed for use on various collateral
and advertising.

BEVERAGE PACKAGESTotal guest numbers for your function are inclusive of Beverage Package. All guests are to be included
in the total guest number. Guest numbers that exceed the orginal total will be billed at the discretion of
RBGC.
BEVERAGE TABSBeverage tabs are available. Payment must be in advance.
HACCPPlease be advised that due to HACCP accreditation, no food or beverages are permitted to be brought
onto RBGC premises without prior written approval. Similarly, no food or beverage may be removed
from the premises. Celebrations cakes are exempt from this rule.
Responsible Service of Alcohol Management reserves the right to refuse the service of alcohol to any
guests it considers to be under age, intoxicated or behaving in an offensive manner.
Management reserves the right to intervene if functions activities are considered illegal, noisy or
offensive. All guests under the age of 18 years must have their legal guardian remain on premises at all
times during the visit to RBGC.
DECORATIONSShould you wish for RBGC to provide the service of set up or dismantling of decorations (including chair
covers, sashes, runners, centre pieces etc.), a minimum fee will apply of $150. RBGC will not accept
responsibility for any damages or loss for items left on the premises.
OUTDOOR FUNCTIONSFunctions that are held in the garden area or in an outdoor marquee will incur a cleaning and packdown
fee of $800.
ENTERTAINMENTThere is a limit of 75 decibels for all indoor functions and 50 decibels for outdoor functions.
PUBLIC HOLIDAY & SUNDAY TRADINGPublic holidays incur a 20% surcharge on the total bill. Sundays incur a $100 loading fee.

FUNCTION TIMINGS All functions at Redland Bay Golf Club are to conclude by 12:00 midnight. No alcohol will be served
after this time.
FINAL PAYMENTShould payment not be received by the invoice due date, Redland Bay Golf Club reserves the right not
to proceed.
PAYMENT OF BOOKINGAll other monies including catering, decoration and other costs must be paid at least fourteen (14) days
prior to the booked date. Payment can be made by cash, cheque (payable to “Redland Bay Golf Club
Inc”) or credit card (MasterCard or Visa). Please retain your receipt for proof of payment. Cheques
must be cleared by the due date of payment, therefore if paying by cheque you should allow at least
five (5) working days for clearance. Interest at the rate of 20% pa calculated daily will accrue on any
late payment from the date of default to the date of payment. For bank details please refer to the
Payment Details page.
CANCELLATIONThe initial deposit of $300.00 applies to the final balance of your event.
In the event that you should need to cancel, the refund schedule is as follows:
50 % of the initial $300.00 deposit is non-refundable in an event of cancellation.
Cancellation at least outside or 90 days of function date, 100% refund of future payments and no refund
of the initial deposit.
Cancellation at least outside or 60 days of function date, 75% refund of future payments and no refund
of the initial deposit.
Cancellation at least outside or 30 days of function date, 50% refund of future deposits made and no
refund of the initial deposit.
Cancellation within 29 days of function date, 25% refund of future deposits made and no refund of the
initial deposit.
Cancellation within 14 days of function date of the event, no refund is available.
All cancellations must be given in writing to Redland Bay Golf Club.
FINAL NUMBERSAn indication of the number of guests will be required during your initial enquiry. Final numbers will be
required at least fourteen (14) days prior to your booked date - this will constitute your minimum number
of guests for pricing purposes. Once your final numbers have been confirmed, no reduction to those
numbers is permitted. Charges will be rendered according to the numbers of guests attending the
function or the confirmed number - whichever is greater.
MINIMUM NUMBERS
There is a minimum number of 40 guests required for bookings on Fridays or Saturdays.
Sunday bookings require a minimum of 20 guests.
