Referee Risk Management Application (RMA) Instructions

All referees assigned to WA Youth Soccer sanctioned activities must register online to complete a national background check clearance. Most referees will already have an account in the Affinity Sports system. If you remember your username and password, continue to the link below to complete the application process.

The application will include a $6.00 Referee RMA fee that must be paid online during the application process. You cannot complete you RMA application without entering payment.

Select the “Referee RMA Registration” checkbox and login to your Affinity account, or create a new account:

Step 1 will show your account info and any family members listed on your account. Click the continue button:

Click the Register button next to your name:

Complete the required fields requested including Drivers License information:

Read and Accept the Electronic Legal Agreements:

Choose your payment method and enter your credit card payment:

Complete your payment and click the continue button:

Once your payment has been submitted, your Referee RMA application is complete.

To review your RMA status:

Logging into to “My Account” you will see your information and the status of your RMA

Risk Status / Expire Date will show your RMA status and the date that this expires. Your RMA will also include an RMA# associated with your profile:

You can ignore the application status at this point as this does not have anything to do with your RMA.
