Dear Terry, In the last month the construction of the new Generali offices has been completed and handed over to the client. This project has been delivered in time and on budget much to the delight of the design team and the client. From my own perspective, as the mechanical engineer, I have been very happy with Airconmech’s performance. This has been done under very tight budget constraints without adverse impact to the equipment and materials specified. Throughout the project it has been very straight forward dealing with your office in an open and constructive manner. This was not a typical project with the space constraints and the use of the under floor displacement ventilation system, which required a high level of site coordination, led by your office. All of our comments were taken on board and actioned, were necessary, without issue.
