Letter from the Board

Well, summer officially arrives next month and our pool will be open on Saturday, May 27th. Don’t forget the annual meet and greet event on June 3rd. We would like to see as many of our neighbors as possible, even if for just a little while. The board sponsors these events in an effort to build a cohesive neighborhood. Thanks to Carol Pfaff for her hard work getting the pool open. We were notified at the last minute that our pool supplier was no longer servicing our area. Newly elected to the board, Carol stepped right in and lined up alternate suppliers. On behalf of all the tadpoles in the pool we thank you. After the unfortunate incident with the mulch, Davey has stepped up their efforts to manage their crews and suppliers. They cleaned up my newly painted house satisfactorily and I hope the same is true for everyone. If not notify Towne Properties. We have planned to do landscaping work to improve the look of the common areas and to continue to repair the deteriorating curbs, aprons and sidewalks in the initial phase of the neighborhood. Estimated costs have exceeded our original estimates. We are taking a look to be sure that we are able to afford these efforts within our budget. We are fairly certain that these projects can be done, at least in part. Our next quarterly board meeting will be held on June 22nd at the clubhouse. An agenda and meeting time will be posted on the website later. On behalf of the board, we hope that everyone is doing well and is ready for a super summer.
