Region 1 Lead Entity
The East of the River Clergy Police Community Partnership, as the Lead Entity
for wards 7 and 8 and parts of Prince George’s County, has been contracted by
the Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services (DYRS) to serve as a
broker, coordinator, funder, and capacity builder for the Rising Youth Coalition,
a community-based continuum of care developed by the Lead Entity to
service DYRS committed youth. ERCPCP ensures that the services, supports
and opportunities that are identified in youth’s case plans through the
collaborative and consensus-driven Youth Family Team Meeting (YFTM) are
readily available and delivered, utilizing Positive Youth Development principles.
The core values and guiding principles adopted by Wraparound Milwaukee and
the Wayne County Michigan Department of Children and Family Services
were infused into ERCPCP’s Lead Entity design.
