In line with the thrust to strengthen program implementation among program holders and implementers, and encourage the achievement of program targets to enhance effectiveness and maximize impact to program beneficiaries, there will be a Division Recognition of Program Implementers and Personnel, Brigada Eskwela Awarding and Stakeholders' Convergence on January 25, 2019 (8:30 am to 3:00 pm) at Georgie's Function Hall, Purok Molave, Roxas Extension, Digos City. 2. The purpose of the activity is to give recognition to program - involved personnel, partners, and stakeholders for their outstanding contribution to the successful implementation of the programs, projects and activities of the schools division office. 3. Participants to the awarding and committee assignments are found in the attachment. Teaching and non-teaching personnel shall prepare their authority to travel while students are required to obtain parents' consent. 4. Focal persons who shall be giving recognition to their partners and staff shall prepare their own certificates or plaque to be presented during the awarding ceremony. A list of awardees shall be submitted to the persons-in-charge for proper arrangements to be made. 5. Brigada Eskwela Division awardees shall prepare their entry videos last year to be presented during the awarding. 6. Dress code of the awarding shall be Filipiniana (Barong Tagalog for men and Baro't Saya for women). Participants are advised to inform their invited partners (PTA and Barangay Officials) of the details of the awarding. (See attachment for list of attendees) 7. Meals and snacks shall be charged against ASP PSF 2018 funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. 8. For your information, guidance and compliance. Division Recognition of Program Implementers and Personnel, Brigada Eskwela Awarding and Stakeholders' Convergence

1.
