since 2000—those who completed their A.S.

before 2000 need 36 hours of general education

requirements for admission.

When should I apply? And how? Apply to UCF once you’ve completed 45 credit

hours. You can submit an application online at

www.admissions.ucf.edu.

Do I need to complete my A.S. degree prior to applying? We strongly recommend it, but you can indicate

on your application when you plan to finish your

A.S. degree.

How do credits from my A.S. degree apply toward the B.A.S. degree? Your A.S. degree is transferred as a complete

package, and you will start the program as either
