Everyone who completes the survey will be eligible to enter the prize draw for one of 9 prizes. Winners will have their choice of either a Flight Centre, Coles-Myer, WISH or IGA giftcard, to the following value:

Terms and conditions of entry into the prize draw: Entry into the lottery is determined by the completion of a survey on wellbeing of rural and regional communities. Everyone who completes the survey online at www.regionalwellbeing.org.au or returns a completed paper survey will be eligible to enter the prize draw for one of 9 prizes. Winners will have their choice of a Flight Centre, Coles-Myer, WISH or IGA gift card, to the following value: First prize: $2,000; Second prize: $1,000; Third prize: $1,000; 6 runner-up prizes of $500 each. Entries for this competition open on September 15th 2014 and close November 30th 2014. The prize draw will happen on December 5th 2014 at the Centre for Research and Action in Public Health, Building 22, University of Canberra, University Drive South, Bruce, ACT, 2617, at 5pm. The winner will be notified in writing, by email or mail, by December 11th 2014 and listed in The Australian newspaper on December 15th 2014. The minimum age of prize draw participants is 18 years. Phone 1800 981 499. Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn three months after the first draw so as to give winners sufficient time to collect their prize. The prize re-draw will happen on March 16th 2015 at the Centre for Research and Action in Public Health, Building 22, University of Canberra, University Drive South, Bruce, ACT, 2617, at 5pm. The winner will be notified by March 20th 2015 and listed in The Australian newspaper on March 25th 2015. The winner will be notified in writing or by email.
