•We will assess your living/household expenses and your debt obligations. We will draw up a budget and find out what you have left for your creditors once essentials are paid for. The assessment includes credit checks to see who you owe and how much.
STEP 1
ASSESSMENT
•Once you are happy with your budget and you are happy with the new repayment plan that we suggest you will get a form 16 to sign. This form officially signs you up for Debt Review.
STEP 2

•We will notify your creditors that you have applied for Debt Review, from this point they must deal directly with us.
STEP 3
NOTIFYING CREDITORS
•We will then negotiate with your creditors for the lower proposes instalments and lower interest rates.
STEP 4
Negotiations
•We will go to court on your behalf to get the court order granted so that your creditors stick to the new negotiated amounts.
STEP 5
Granted Court Order
•You will be issued with a clearance certificate once all your debt has been paid off. This clearance certificate will wipe your credit record clean.
