The terms and condition of appointmcnt are as under:-
I. Your appointment is on a purely temporary post which is liable to be abolished at anytime and carries no promise of subsequent pennanent employrnent. No offer of permanentvacancy can be made to you at present and in this respect you will have to take yourchance like others who have been similarly recruited. Consequently, your services may beterminated without notice whenever there is no vacancv asainst which you can beretainec.
II. If, at any stage you desire to resign, you will be required to give one month's notice orforfeit in lieu thereof, your salary including allowances for one month or for the period bywhich the notice falls short of one month. Such a notice will be given to you by thisdepartment also, in case it is proposed to terminate your services for the reason other thanthat mentioned in clause (i) above.
III. Yor.r will be on probation for a period of trvo years, which can be extended further, but notexceeding total three years. In case, your work and conduct is not found satisf-actoryduring the period of probation, your services are liable to be terminated forthwith withoutassigning any reason.
IV. No traveling allowance will be admissible for joining on this post.
V. Your services can be utilized anylvhere in the State/Country.
VI. As your character and antecedents have not been got verified in terms of Govelnmentinstructions issued vide Meme No. 521312005-65 (l) dated the l8the November, 2005,therefore, it is made clear to you that in case subsequently any adverse facts come to thenotice of the State Government regarding your character and antecedents, your serviceswill be liable to be terminated without giving any notice.
VIi. You will not undertake higher studies of any kind, without obtaining prior permission ofthe competent authority.
VIII. This offer of appointment is subject to the condition that in case you are married, youhave only one living spouse and if you are unmarried, you shall have to furnish adeclaration immediately after marriage regarding non acceptance of dowry by you, to thisoffice as per declaration in Annexure A and B in terms of Government instruction issuedvide No. 181112004-2GSI dated the 21" February, 2006.
IX. This offer is further subject to the condition that in case you are married, youhave one living spouse and you are not married to a person rvho hasmore than one living spouse and if you have more than one living spouse, you shouldjustify the circumstances for that.
X. This offer is further subject to the condition that the documents pertaining to yolrracademic/professional qualification, experience, age and caste/category etc, as claimed byyou are yet to be checked/verified from the concerned authorities regarding their validitr',genuineness and equivalence to the prescribed qualification & eligibility and in caseduring inspection/ verification any adverse facts come to the notice of the Department,your services will liable to be terminated any time, without any notice besides takingcriminal action against you, for which you will be wholly responsible. Therefore, youwill have to bring and deposit all original documents before joining on the post forchecking/verification to the concerned Principal/ Incharge.
K. You shall have to furnish a medical certificate from Chief/Principal Medical Officerconcetned as required under rule 3.1 of the Punjab C.S.R. VoI.I Part.II, before youresume duty.
XII. The above offer of appointment is furlher subject to Haryana Industrial TrainingDepartment HQ (Group-C) Service Rules, 2013 and all other rules and regulations andexecutive instructions issued or to be issue bv the State Governmerrt from time to tirne.
XIII. Immediately on your joining, you will be required to take an oath of allegiance to theIndian Republic in the followins manner:-
" I do swear that I will be faithfLrt and bear true allesianceto India and to the Constitution of India as by law established and I will carry the dutiesof my office loyally, honesty and with impartialitv,to help the Government".
If the above terms and conditions are acceptable to you, you should report for duty tothe concerned Principal within a period of l5 days from the receipt of this letter, failingwhich it will be presumed that you are not interested to accept this offer and this offer ofappointment shall be deemed to have been automatically cancelled.
