However, TCM import was 4.258 million US dollars, meanwhile, export was 4.226 million US dollars from January to April of 2006. The adverse balance of trade deficit of TCM appeared in China at the first time.

“International Cooperation Project

of Science & Technology of TCM”

Establish Organizations for International Scientific & Technological Cooperation,

International Cooperation of Science & Technology Network of TCM, Establish Dialogue & Cooperation Mechanism with WHO & other International Organizations

Set Up a Special Fund, Focus Priority Areas, & Methods of Cooperation. Initial financial support has been started around 100 million Chinese dollars in 2006.
