Since the program began in 2009, MSOP staff have escorted CPS clients into the community on more than 1,500 occasions, without incident.

• Have daily face to face contact for at least the first 30 days and regularly thereafter (gradual increase in liberty).
• Manage and monitor MSOP’s GPS system. • Assist client with finding housing, job, and supports. • Coordinate supervision and support with community partners (halfway
house, treatment provider, social supports, local law enforcement, etc.) • Approve daily schedules and provide transportation as appropriate. • Conduct unannounced visits to home and job site. • Assure regular polygraph testing. • Oversee compliance to court-ordered Provisional Discharge Plan • Additionally, surveillance from MSOP’s Office of Special Investigations
(OSI) will occur.
